Trojan Teriyaki and Hibachi House

It may not look like much from the outside but please don't let that stop you from choosing to eat here. The food was amazing. The portions are very generous. And the gentleman that served us was very kind and gracious.

Food was not that good,looked like a bad part of town.when we went out and got in our vehicle some woman was running us down on foot trying to get us to stop the vehicle.we are from out of town for orientation,had we have known what the town was like we would have NEVER agreed on the college choice that was made

Trojan Teriyaki is a great place to go if you want authentic oriental food. It is not like the watered down fast food versions you find elsewhere. The prices aren't too expensive either and the quality and atmosphere are great. You can even take it to go too. Highly recommend

If I could give them negative stars I would! I got major food poisoning and I’m on my 3rd day of it!!

Reviewing to say that… in my order I had also found a big piece of plastic in mine!!! I have no idea why but it completely deterred me from this place because of it :( I used to love it!

I’ve been going there for years and it’s usually been a pretty good experience. Lately, it seems the quality has gone a bit downhill but it’s best to go during lunch in my opinion. Overall a good meal for the price point!The reason i’m finally writing a review is because I found two pieces of plastic in my food, one of them being rather large and cutting my mouth.

The server I had the other day basically chased me out of the door to yell not to come back bc she was mad that she didn't get a tip. She accused me of laughing at her. Told me that I made fun of her and didn't leave a tip and don't come back. I was joking around with my friend about something that had zero to do with anyone at the restaurant. She yelled at me. Kept saying I was making fun of her and didn't leave her a tip. I didn't leave her a tip bc she was AWFUL. She took forever to take our order. Couldn't remember we ordered a water to drink. Never came back to refill our drinks or to check on us until she brought the check and didn't check then. Just sat it down on the table. If you want a tip..do your job. I typically leave tips no matter what but every time i go there shes always been bad. The one time I don't she yells at me bc I didn't. She doesn't have to worry about me going back anyways. Its too dark in there. All of the supplies is piled up everywhere. The floor looks nasty. It's always sticky. The fold has always been good. Just sucky and slow service. And apparently they yell at you when you don't leave tips.

The hibachi was ok but everything thing else needs improvement. Salad is only a little lettuce with runny dressing and the soup was cold, and only tasteless broth. The bathroom could use an update and the atmosphere is drab. I think the people working there are nice, but the restaurant score is in the 80s, so there is that. Get rid of the dirty fish tank, it doesn't help.

I’ll be tried so hard to like this place. The food is good, but the service just ruins it. Everytime I’ve been they’ve only had one order to handle take out and dine in. It takes well over an hour to receive food by either method. I waited over an hour on my last visit for a carry out order and when I finally got it, it was wrong. They’d do so much better if they hired more employees to handle the customers. She can’t get the checks to the table for handling to go orders and can’t get the to go orders out for taking soups and salads. Has potential but unfortunately potential is all they have.
