We literally drive from Enterprise to Troy (45 min one way) JUST to eat this place so that tells you how good the place is. The soup is AMAZING (especially in winter) and the boba is cheap. However, it tends to run out and the wait to re-make the pearls is pretty long. So that would be the only critic I have of the place.

Full five stars, would give six if I could. My husband got their egg roll and wonton soup. He said he didn’t want to eat it because how delicious it was. The flavors were incredible and none like we’ve had before. The creme brûlée was also super good. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and it only gets amplified when it rains. Absolutely will be coming back.

I have dined inside a couple of times, but I get takeout pretty often. I always order the pho. It usually takes about 20ish minutes (not a bad wait in my opinion) and it's always excellent. The price is great, too. The staff are very friendly and remember their customers. I highly recommend this place!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Viet's Pho!
I ordered the vermicelli with BBQ pork and shrimp, paired with spring rolls (also with pork and shrimp) and topped it off with a panna cotta for dessert. Every bite was a delight!
My son had their Ramen dish, which he said was amazing, and enjoyed the same spring rolls along with a matcha parfait for dessert.
For drinks, I had Thai tea, which was perfectly balanced, and he had their Viet milk tea, which was also excellent.
The portions were substantial, and the flavors were outstanding—fresh, bold, and perfectly executed.
The service was impeccable; the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. This restaurant has mastered the art of combining incredible food with top-notch service.
If you're looking for a place that delivers both quality and quantity, Viet's Pho is a must-visit. I can't recommend it highly enough!

I would highly recommend their pho with a delicious classic pho broth. They also have a very good Hue beef noodle, with a very flavorful lemony broth. Their signature viet tea and matcha tea were also very tasty. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. Super friendly staff that are very accommodating and very willing to answer any questions.
