We went here for dinner because we wanted to get back home fast from working all day. And the food was great our waitress was very nice and was great. The only complaint we have is while eating the COOK is constantly talking down to our waitress and just overall being mean mind you unprofessional because he did this infront of customers and kept on even after we had left. Customers shouldn’t have to listen to an employee a cook talk down on a new server. We had tried to call and talk to a manager to no available. It makes no sense why they don’t have a number to talk to one. So I am leaving a review here to hopefully make the manager aware. 2/8/24 around 6pm
Why are online orders and the phone number always unavailable? Pitiful service, even if the food is quite good.

Waffle House is an excellent choice because there menu has a variety of food from breakfast to a hamburger. The average cost for a meal and drink is around $12 a person. Always a good choice!

I think it is important to note that this Waffle House is open 24 hours but the dine in hours is only until midnight. Expecting 24 hours dine in service like most traditional Waffle House will cause failed expectations. There is a take away window.

Came at 3:55 am and the lobby is closed. They were only doing window service. Very un-Waffle House. What is this insanity? I've neither seen nor heard of such a thing until today.
Food was great and the service was great. Much needed as bad as some places are getting.

I enjoy eating at this particular Waffle House in Troy, AL. Their cook I think her name is, Bree well, she knows just how I like my waffles and I always look for her when I arrive because then and only then will I order my WAFFLES. But overall, I feel entire staff demonstrates excellent customer service skills from the time you enter the building they know how to make customers feel welcome. My experience there has always been wonderful. Thank you so very much and keep up the good work.
