From the outside it appeared to be closed as the sign lights were off. Pulled up to the drive thru and was asked to wait. No customers in the building. Drove to the window and waited.

The food don't even get a star it was horrible our fries was stale and cold the burger tasted like it had been cooked on the floor it was also cold and the meat was so burnt it was crispy and then to tip it off someone needs to learn how to make a chocolate frostie cause they tasted like water ppl ik you don't cause about how you cook some food but I pay for mine and would like to enjoy it not have to throw it away away and get something else

We got there just before the lunch rush as we passed through town. My guess is they were understaffed. One person taking orders and filling them. I appreciate if they were cooking stuff fresh, but a 15+ minute wait for food at a fast food chain is unacceptable. And they forgot one of my items too!! Luckily we were eating there and had not left without our food. It's a college town, I was expecting better.

They always close early. The posted hours say that they are open until 1:00 a.m however they turn all the lights off around 10:30 or 11:00. This has been happening repeatedly since they reopened.I order DoorDash and I have to cancel my orders because they won't make the orders due to being closed yet you can still place orders online. Wendy's was one of the better places to get food after working late but now you can't even do that Because they aren't even open during the posted business hours.

Absolute worst restaurant I have ever been to. Waited 30 minutes inside for my families order. A door dasher was in front of me and waited 45 minutes and eventually left. If you asked about your order no one knew and just rolled their eyes. It was like no one knew how to make food. If I was a door dasher I def. Wouldn’t pick up an order here.
The service on 8/28/24 at lunchtime was fantastic! All the food was fresh and made to order and the staff was very friendly. Very rare to find these days in a fast food establishment.

First I ordered pick up through door dash as I was coming from Wicksburg to come back to Troy for the night and wanted a baconater... I pull in and there's a line it's 2 cars past the speaker mind you, I arrived at 10:23pm (meal was ready by 10:31pm) so I then proceeded into the drive thru since apparently I can't just get my order that I have already paid for Nd it's sitting right there in the counter along with my drink, anyways I dreadfully got the window to what I thought was to instantly receive my food I paid for 45 minutes ago on an app that's supposed to counter the wait... Lol I wanted to cuss and all kinds of things but I didn't got home it's like they purposely chose to make me go through hoops to get some mid food. Will never be back and if I do it'll be to turn around in the parking lot.
