Best milkshake I ever had!!! That cookie butter milkshake!!😌😌so good!

I have gone to this zaxbys for a little over a year now… and the only consistency this store has is how it lets me down every time I go. Me and my roommates will make mobile orders ahead of time and still get parked and after 20 mins, we finally get our food it’s never great. Chicken is sub par, fries are soggy and the boneless wings are basically crispy rocks coated in sauce.

Chicken fingers were moist and tender. Fries were soggy, maybe the oil needed to be changed?
Ladies room was a mess and one stall door isn't operational. Staff was not interested in being there. Place needs some updates.

This is one the best restaurant in Troy Alabama and the food is delicious and friendly staff alof of people order from there it stay packed and I notice you know the line be wrapped around the excellent customer service and I love the fact you have to go the restaurant and purchase your own food I hardly eat out its so expensive...

I will never go back there again I went in there yesterday for lunch and tried to order lime paper wings that white woman told me that they were out of wings in they should have some in about and hour so I came back there when I got off work I ask them if they got some chicken wings in yet they told me that they were never out at all

So I understand as someone who’s worked many different restaurant jobs that late customers aren’t the greatest, I came 10 minutes before you closed and saw a handful of people in the dining room ordering. When I got my food the bag was tied shut and I assumed everything was in the bad, my mistake. But my 6 finger plate with double fries had one corner of the box full and a couple more in the big area of the box, not the same amount I’ve gotten every time. And I got the cheddar bites, my meal comes with two sauces and the bites one sauce yet none came in the tied bag that deterred me from checking as I wasn’t about to undo a knot. Felt deliberate as I had came so close to closing that my meal was not made properly and petty to not give me the sauces when the little bag that the napkins and sauces have been put in for months now, just given napkins. Glad I spent extra money for the double fries I didn’t get but at least I only had a few to eat dry instead of a double order with no sauce.

So starting out the service was alright. My food on the other hand wasn’t great. The chicken was somewhat fresh but the fries I received were horrible, they tasted sour and were definitely older than 6 hours. Honestly looked like they pulled them out the trash bin from yesterday.
