Had an awesome time with the best bartender in Trussville, Kristen. She is funny and makes the best drinks. Ask her to make you her famous purple drink. My first time trying it, and it's awesome! It was also a pleasure chatting with the manager Tiffany, she is hilarious too.

Everything was perfect except for the manager Allen Smith. I witnessed him be extremely rude to not only my date but 2 other people from another table. He was also extremely rude and insulting to his employees. I would give him zero stars. He should definitely be looked into.

We had 2 servers. The original server took 20 minutes to bring our drinks and in that time, another server did. My mocktail had a hair in it. My entire group got their food 15 minutes before I did. They forgot my food. Second server seemed to be going through a lot emotionally and as someone who used to waitress, I understand. Second server was cool and left their phone to see messages they sent to a friend. The stress in their voice was real. First server, Gary was AWFUL. 0 STARS. Unnamed second server was great. 5 stars. They know who they are. This was 10:00 on Halloween night btw

We ordered 1 take out and got 2. She was going to take one dinner off but we felt bad and paid for both. Mistake. We should have only paid for 1. The chicken tenders were okay and the fries are fries. Coleslaw was okay but the soups were terrible. Her chicken tortilla had 3 small pieces and probably got the last of it. My tomato basil had six pieces of croutons, which were soggy and when I removed them, not much soup left. Not the best I ever ate. Certainly not worth the $37 we paid. Applebee's usually does a good value for the money but not this time.

The server and manager were great but I ordered a salad and steak medium rare and the salad had so much water on it that my dressing just ran off the lettuce into the bottom of my bowl and my steak came out medium on one side and well done on the other so I sent it back and a few minutes later the kitchen sent me another steak that was so rare it was almost raw. Mt service was great but the kitchen was terrible. We will never go back

Went to the bar for a few beers and a burger. Said I was gunna eat and drink then get food togo aswell. Bartender said someone else had to do my food. Waited 20 minutes drank my beer and Noone came to take my order...at the bar...with a bartender . Super confused. I left without eating.

Kitchen was extremely slow getting food out. Considering there weren't probably about 15 customers in the place. Onion soup was luke warm, cheese didn't even melt and the fried shrimp was crumbly and cold. The only reason for the 4 star was the service. Lizzy was friendly, entertaining and professional.
