Love this place! Small space, outside seating, VERY clean. The ice cream selection is great, and very homemade tasting. Always enjoy their cookies which I take home for later. Probably the best Ice Cream Parlor in Trussville.

This was my first visit. It was staffed by a girl and a redheaded guy. It started friendly enough, until I realized that my ice cream was packed in a bowl with no room for the sprinkles and pecans that I requested. I repeatedly suggested to the girl that she should put my order in a larger container so that my toppings would not be on the counter or the table as I tried to eat it. Finally, I told her to stop (she was fitting the sprinkles on and they were sliding off into the sink). She got offended, put my cup on the counter, and walked off. The young man asked if I would like my order in a clear cup. Then, he proceeded to make it the way I asked the first time. GREAT SAVE on customer service. I had strawberries & cream and coffee ice cream, with sprinkles and pecans.

Paid with cash. Girl at the counter took my money and never gave me my change. I asked for my change. She said yes you paid with this and said exactly what I handed her. And I said my total was this. She said yes and just looked at me. Change was owed. I donât know if she just thought she was entitled to keep my change or what but the tip jar was on the counter. I bought two cones for my kids. I definitely wonât be back to a business like this.

Seen this cute little ice cream shop while driving down the road and decided to stop by. I got a double scoop of king cake ice cream and white chocolate peppermint ice cream. My son had double scoop of butter cookie and white chocolate peppermint. My husband tried chocolate and cookies and cream. The scoops were huge and we all agreed it was the best ice cream we had ever eaten. Bennyâs did not disappoint and I would definitely recommend stopping by.

The ice cream seems good enough at first. Then, slowly, a film like substance starts accumulating on the top of my mouth. My daughter said the same thing.The people working there aren't sitting on their phones, but I couldn't blame them if they were.The establishment, including the bathrooms, were clean and seemed well attended to.

This is the cutest cookie and ice cream shop!It's great for a quick treat alone, kids hang out, or a treat the spouse day.They make the ice cream and cookies onsite.They offer tastes of the different ice cream flavors.The cookies I tried-Chocolate chipSnickerdoodleMaple pecanGinger molassesThe cookies were wonderful. They were warm had a nice crisp crunch and were delectably chewy. My favorite was the maple pecan.I also tried the Ooey Gooey Cake ice cream - it was creamy and had bits of cake in it.It was devine.
