My friend and I walked in, the manager and the staff of young women acknowledged us both, they were all extremely sweet and pleasant. We ordered dine in, and it was less than 10 minutes the hot food was at the table and it was sooo good! The restaurant was very clean and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed/wanted. I’ve had some unpleasant experiences at Captain Ds before, however this made up for it. Food is not what it used to be. It's extremely bland. I assume the chain is cutting quality to avoid raising prices or ending specials. Just not worth going anymore.

Dietary restrictions: The non fried food is quite expensive.

Kid-friendliness: They have some high chairs but I did not see booster seats.
