Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Was there Saturday ordered the steak baked potato and broccoli waiter comes back and says no baked potato. Very disappointed. Why have things on the menu you don’t have. Messed up my order. Gave me some mashed potatoes instead.

Very disappointed. Placed order on line and when we went in to pickup we’re told it wasn’t ready, there was one order to go waiting to be picked up. Cashier checked it and said it wasn’t mine. After 29 minutes another lady checked the carryout order and found out it was mine. The first lady just shrugged, no apology, kiss my butt or acknowledgment!

Great food choices and love the fire place with real wood burning

Got seated at 8:40 am... took 20 minutes to get a drink even though there was only people at about 3 tables. At 10:05 am we still didn't have our food even though other people who got there after us were getting there's. We spoke to a manager and left without our food. After a couple of times of bad and slow service at this location we will not be back.

Had to send food back. All of the food was not hot. Fish, beans and rice. Corn bread was hard and cold. Replace fish was just as bad. Not grilled to perfection at all.

Got seated quick. About 10 mins for a server to respond. Food came pretty quick. My aunts order was wrong. The cornbread was hard as a rock. The store was nice. The dumplings were not done . I've only ate at cracker barrel a few times but I will try again at a different location.

Where to start? Wanted a veggies plate, out of pinto beans! How does that happen?
Wanted lemon with tea, had to ask server twice and they weren't busy. Brought meal, didn't bring bread. Server said it was coming out of the oven. When it got there it was cold. Couldn't have just came out of oven.
Ready to end unpleasant visit, took forever to get server's attention to get check. I've always loved Cracker Barrel but this visit was awful. However, I will say many restaurants now are serving inferior food at increased prices with wait staff wanting higher tips.
Going out to eat, you expect an enjoyable experience. Not so much anymore.

Our server was Jayden and she was very patient and helpful , as we decided on what to order. She keep our drinks filled and even suggested what desserts to order. The food was delicious, although they were out of a few things we needed she helped us with recommendations.

Hate to post the negative review because Cracker Barrel has always been a favorite since I was a kid. Me and my family(3 total) went to eat brunch at noon on a Tuesday, not busy at all. Well we could tell our server was probably new, no problem considering me and my wife are former servers ourselves. She takes our order and we assume it is put in. Well we sit and entertain our 2yo for about 45 minutes, mind you she hasn’t stopped by once to check on us other than dropping off the biscuits. My wife gets up to go ask someone what is going on; the server walks out and says, “yeah so the kitchen lost y’all’s ticket are y’all okay to wait for them to cook y’all’s food?” We say yes we don’t want to pack up our toddler and go somewhere else to wait. So another 25 minutes goes by and we get about 3/4 of our food. I had asked for a Mimosa, which she forgot about so I reminded her, she brought back a glass of champagne w/out OJ. Wife went to speak with a manager in private to address the issue and not make a big scene about it but he came to our table and pretty much announced it so loud lol anyways he told us he would discount the food for our troubles. He did not discount the food btw, and we didn’t care about that, it was the principle. I have came here for years but I think we will be going to the moody location for now on.

I will never order to go food ever again nor will I come and dine end.. The chicken salad that I order was terrible it barely had meat just a bunch of lettuce and tomatoes I barely had cheese they gave me one dressing .. I didn't get ant silverware to eat with..My mom's food was small portion greens dry and they left out her corn muffins..Terrible Terrible Terrible.... I could have went to Zaxbys and got a better salad then that.. SMH never again..you get A ZERO STAR

My Pot Roast meal was delicious! The meat was tender and very flavorful. The steamed broccoli was exactly as I like it - bright green color and not overcooked. We came into the restaurant from our tour bus, so it was a large party. We were greeted warmly and seated quickly and efficiently. Our server was a bit slower than usual in bringing drinks to the table. We also had to request some items more than once - extra syrup, drink refills. Some diners who ordered after us received their meals before we did. This is not necessarily a criticism since we were part of a large group, but something I noticed. In general, it was a nice dining experience.

They had no take home boxes. I paid 15.00 for my meal and only ate half of it and no take out box for the remainder. Other than that service was good.
