Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

My wife and couldn’t eat at the restaurant tonight. So I ordered takeout from the restaurant. Everyone was so nice and professional. Judy,Michelle, and Stacey took care of me. Everything I ask was in the takeout and they helped me get my 20% discount being a Cracker Barrel member. Behindg a member has save me money and also given me 20-30 dollars off tickets before. Thank you guys for good service. 🙏❤️✌️🇺🇸💪

I've always loved the country style food at Cracker Barrel. I have eaten at many different locations between Alabama and Georgia, so my review is nowhere near a reflection of the food. Where they lose points for me is their service. My sister and I went last weekend for breakfast, and we had the rudest waitress ever. I still tipped her, but she didn't deserve it. I didn't even bother to report her to management since I don't like to cause a scene. But she was very inattentive, she slammed plates on the table, she left said plates sitting on the table, we rarely saw her, and she never came back to check on us to see if we needed anything else. Establishments should know that customer service is everything. People will always remembered good service pretty much the same way they remember when they're treated poorly. Please ask your waitresses to check their attitudes.

The food was not that good the pancakes were under cooked and the taste of them was gooey.

The store had maybe 10 customers in it. Nobody ever came and got our order for drinks or anything. We sat there 20 minutes, went around the corner and all of the employees were gathered at the cash register talking, including the manager worst service ever.

Was there Saturday ordered the steak baked potato and broccoli waiter comes back and says no baked potato. Very disappointed. Why have things on the menu you don’t have. Messed up my order. Gave me some mashed potatoes instead.

Very disappointed. Placed order on line and when we went in to pickup we’re told it wasn’t ready, there was one order to go waiting to be picked up. Cashier checked it and said it wasn’t mine. After 29 minutes another lady checked the carryout order and found out it was mine. The first lady just shrugged, no apology, kiss my butt or acknowledgment!

Got seated at 8:40 am... took 20 minutes to get a drink even though there was only people at about 3 tables. At 10:05 am we still didn't have our food even though other people who got there after us were getting there's. We spoke to a manager and left without our food. After a couple of times of bad and slow service at this location we will not be back.

Had to send food back. All of the food was not hot. Fish, beans and rice. Corn bread was hard and cold. Replace fish was just as bad. Not grilled to perfection at all.

Got seated quick. About 10 mins for a server to respond. Food came pretty quick. My aunts order was wrong. The cornbread was hard as a rock. The store was nice. The dumplings were not done . I've only ate at cracker barrel a few times but I will try again at a different location.

Where to start? Wanted a veggies plate, out of pinto beans! How does that happen?
Wanted lemon with tea, had to ask server twice and they weren't busy. Brought meal, didn't bring bread. Server said it was coming out of the oven. When it got there it was cold. Couldn't have just came out of oven.
Ready to end unpleasant visit, took forever to get server's attention to get check. I've always loved Cracker Barrel but this visit was awful. However, I will say many restaurants now are serving inferior food at increased prices with wait staff wanting higher tips.
Going out to eat, you expect an enjoyable experience. Not so much anymore.
