I’ve always had a great experience at this location! The young ladies that work in the afternoon are always kind and welcoming and they always have a smile on their faces! The dessert options that I personally come for are always in stock and they are consistently delicious. I will drive out of my way to get my desserts from the Trussville location! You guys are killing it!

My experience today was terrible. I went in with my 8 year old daughter to redeem my birthday cookie and to get her something because it was her first time trying it. We were not greeted by the workers and they didn’t even make eye contact. After about five minutes an older lady came in and we were still waiting, so I said, excuse me and the guy came to the counter. He then proceeded to ask me if I needed something and I told him that I wanted to order and he told me that it’s self Service. So I then say to him that it would be nice for them to greet the customers when they come and ask if they need help Instead of just assuming everybody knows the order process. He responded and said they’re not responsible for the front end, just for getting orders together and handling the back. And after that, he says with an attitude That maybe next time don’t just stand there and not ask for help as if I’m the one lacking customer service. The older lady behind me was just as upset as I was. It was her first time there so I know she probably won’t be returning. I will never support this location again ever!!
