Driver left off part of my order. I tried to report a problem through the app and I wouldn’t allow me to. I called to report the missing items and have been on hold almost 20 minutes. This is completely unacceptable customer service.

Just watched a driver speeding and run a stop sign on Linden St in Trussville Alabama. This was at 2:45pm on Sunday 3/24. Called to speak to manager. First time I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes, called back and was told very rudely that the manager was a break and could not come to the phone. It was the the small car with a graphic wrap on it. Since no one at store level level wants to talk about it, I figured I'd post here. Maybe someone will see it.

Ordered delivery. Pizza and wings require heating up because they’re cold and we are shorted an entire pizza. I have been on hold for 8 minutes now waiting for someone to answer the phone.

Placed a Delivery order on December 7th or 8th and never received my order. I called the store multiple times and also went into the store 3 times!! The store manager was beyond rude, argued with me over the phone and said she put my refund in and after over a month I still have not received it. An employee named Brittany was amazing she tried to help me in the best way possible but the GM made all of her efforts impossible! Something needs to be done about the management in this store! I should not have to wait over a month for a refund nor should I have to go into a store to receive a delivery I made the night before! She didn’t even apologize for the multiple inconveniences and told me I either get my food or my refund, I have yet to receive anything but my money taken and distress trying to get $30 back! I was not accommodated at all nor has the mishap been fixed! I want my money back as well as an accommodation for the hassle and inconvenience this has caused me!

Delivery no shows now twice within a few months. Manager was a jerk both times and showed no sympathy. Wouldn't rush a remake either time wanted to put me at the back of the line or cancel my order. Never again. Papa John's tastes better anyway

I paid for three medium pizzas. Normally this location would be good but for the past two times I have ordered, my order would get cancelled after the pizzas have been prepared and waiting for over an hour long after placed. The staff is horrible doing the day.

Do not recommend, terrible service. Arrived to pickup an online order that I had been notified was ready, the manager "ska" looked for it briefly then stated it would be just a minute. After 10 minutes I asked her about it again and she told me it was lost and they would have to start over. She was apathetic about the whole thing and uncooperative when I asked for a refund.The only reason I chose this place is because Fox's pizza is closed on Sundays.

After having been delivered 2 wrong pizzas. I went to the store. After being told by the manager he would send out another pizza (the 3rd one). After I got to the store he (the manager) tells me he was not sending out another pizza, after he had told me he was. Then he tells me that I got exactly what I ordered. I did not get what I ask for. I told him if I had gotten what I ordered I wouldn't keep calling. He continued to repeatly tell me I got what I ordered. So basically he called me a liar, he just didn't come out and say those words. I ask for a refund, he said NO and told me I got what I ordered and he wouldn't keep sending out free pizzas. I didn't want a free pizza. I just wanted what I paid for. Instead I got 2 pizzas that were wrong and they kept my money. Talked to the assistant manager the next day, she said exactly the same as the manager. They called the regional manager down to the store. She said exactly the same thing and also said there was no way I would be getting a refund. So I got no pizza, they got my money on top of being treated very rude and basically being called a liar. This store has very rude and unprofessional employees, especially the manager. I will NEVER eat at Domino's again.

The woman at the front that gave me my order seemed to be the only one there. She told me they were out of banana peppers and jalapeños, I had already paid for them on the app. She said multiple times but we have your other stuff very rudely. I ordered a sandwich that I get all of the time from dominoes and it's usually great but this one somehow the chicken was burnt and the bacon was horrible. The sandwich was so greasy the bottom of the box was wet. Awful experience.

Last 3 times I’ve ordered pizza they have charged me for the add on requests without actually adding any of the extras to the food. Last time I ordered thin crust and they sent hand tossed.
