UPDATE: I was contacted by the store manager and she was very nice. She offered me a refund but couldn’t due to me using Apple Pay to pay for meal. She offered me a $20 credit for this location only. Called couple days later to place order and the manager honored her word. My order came to be a few dollars over but she took care of it due to me having previous problem. Every time I order, the food is worth its price or more. Always hot and yummy! I wish there was an option for extra extra toppings though, I don’t mind paying extra. That’s my only complaint. Always delicious and love their $6.99 deal! Can’t ask for more!

I paid for three medium pizzas. Normally this location would be good but for the past two times I have ordered, my order would get cancelled after the pizzas have been prepared and waiting for over an hour long after placed. The staff is horrible doing the day.
