Seems like anytime I order on the app and I go to pick it up the app says it’s ready but when you walk I. They say “no it’s still in the oven” for some reason the app wants you to get there and wait another 10-20 minutes! It’s ridiculous. The whole reason you ordered ahead of time is so that it will be ready when you get there. I ordered at 5:20. It said it was ready at 5:34. It is currently 557 and I still do not have my food.

I have big thumbs, and occasionally hit the wrong button on my phone keyboard. I entered my address incorrectly and didn't get my order when the app said it had been delivered. I didn't realize this until I called. I told them no big deal and my mistake. They remade and delivered the order without me asking them to do it! Great customer service guys!

Drivers never read special instructions. Had my food left outside in the cold because driver never knocked like I requested. Face to face they are great, just need to follow instructions better.
