Love the fries

They are slow, got my order wrong (extra fry no slaw), but the quality of food is worth it. This location in Trussville does not offer inside seating like 280. So for the food 100% atmosphere and service I would say average nothing terrible.

I was in an area near a Guthrie's & a friend told me that I just HAD to try them because they're the GOAT. I didn't see it. In my opinion, the chicken fingers & sauce taste exactly like Zaxby's, without any of the options of Zaxby's menu. The sweet tea was okay, but Milo's is still the best! Even though there's plenty of food on the plate, I doubt I'll ever go back to Guthrie's due to the lack of menu options & no indoor seating options.

The staff working on 5/23/25 at 6:00 deserve a raise. Some locations know how to cook the food right while others don't. These guys did a good job

I visited this location today after a great experience the first time. But my experience this time was horrible, the chicken was undercooked with the skin falling off. It was not crispy at all. The cook should have known you don't drop chicken in warm grease. I took the food back and requested a refund, but to my surprise they don't give refunds. Now as high as them boxes are, you either prepare the food correctly or give people a refund if they are dissatisfied. I don't like anyone to fix my food again after I have returned it. The sign is not visible and it isn't on the receipt.
Gutheries taking this no refund policy like the chinese, no refund, no exchanges. That is the case if you don't want it replaced. I guess I will stick to the gardendale location if I ever want anymore. But I think I will just take my service elsewhere. I do not like paying my money and stuck with bad food. That is not great customer service. The girl gave me a VIP card to get a box but gave me nothing for my drink I ordered. I was to upset to go back and argue with her about it. Waste of money and time!

If this location has a policy regarding customer redress and/or processing refunds, why isn’t the policy visible and posted for consumers' awareness?

If leadership doesn't trust its staff to manage daily operations, they shouldn’t be working with the public.

Trying to be nice , but this was the worst money I have ever spent on fast food. That says alot , I eat out every single day at work .

Chicken "tenders " we're 1 1/2 inches long and must had been cooked an hour prior. Soggy fries and just all around bad , I couldn't finish my meal by any means. Even the sauce tasted like it had been sitting out for a while longer than it should have been .

Anyways. Management , if you see this , something needs to drastically change at your location if you want to be prosperous whatsoever.

Please take this constructively , not being rude .

We went here for dinner and we're so impressed! I ordered the food online and picked it up through the drive thru. My food was very hot and fresh! The sauce is a must! Happy I rediscovered an old favorite!

So my son applied there. Had an interview set up with the manager. My son shows up only to find out that he is not there. And he ( so called manager) didn't even call or text my son the day before to let him know. But was told by another employee that he would call to reschedule. Two days go by and not a word, so my son sends the manager a text about rescheduling and not a word back. I call that poor management. And by the way, the last meal we got there, the chicken was cold and not even cooked all the way thru. Not worth the $$

My son got the chicken sandwich. IT WAS SO GOOD I STOLE TWO MORE BITES WHEN HE WENT TO GET NAPKINS. Next time I will definitely get one for myself.

I just went through the drive through at Guthrie in Trussville Al and I always open my meals to see my food before I drive away. OH MY WORD the smallest chicken fingers I’ve ever gotten anywhere. I showed it to the girl at the window and ask is this the size of ur chicken fingers and she went back and got me more but they were the same size. I took a bite out of them and it was so cold and dry and fries cold and hard. My toast bread has burnt marks like someone put a lighter to it and burnt the edge. UNEXCEPTIONABLE I PAID HSRD EARNED MONEY FOR MY FOOD AND I EXPECT IT AT LEAST WARM AND NOT.HAVE BEEN SITTING THERE FOR HOURS. I will never drive to that place again. I threw it all away and went to a better place to get lunch. People open ur box before you drive away.

Had the open sign on, trying to pick up an order for Door Dash and they said they ran out of fries, so they were closed. With the open sign on and people still pulling up trying to order. A huge banner out front proclaiming "Open Late 11 pm". Nope, not really. Find another way to charge, share you don't have fries, but you don't just shut down bc you ran out of something. It's 86'ed and you move on.
