Hey its a sit outside place,but the food was good. Service not too bad. Wouldn't be great on cold days unless its to go

I was the only customer, ordered an extra toast they forgot to put in bag. I usually check my bag but since I was the only customer how could you miss it. I was definitely charged for it.

These chicken fingers were very small as if they were over cooked and dark like the grease needed cleaning. The sauce they gave me was not the sauce I asked for and they didn't have the top on them so they spilled all over the food. The food is no where near worth the price at all. This was my first time going there because I was in the area otherwise I usually go to Zaxby's. I did wonder why the parking lot was empty and no cars were in the drive thru. I spent $40 for 3 orders where I was incredibly disappointed. I pulled out of their parking lot and drove right to Zaxby's.

The chicken fingers are good and toasty bread. The fried are good also.

We went late at night they forgot are extra sauce first time around came back through and the guy was really nice and gave us are extra sauce for free neeeds a raise bc he really cared about customer service and was extra nice and accommodating for no reason when he didn’t have to be wish I would’ve got his name so I could give him credit for his good service

Pulled up at 7:45 tonight to place an order and there was a cone blocking the drive thru. I Googled it and learned that they close at 8:00. Ok, 8:00 is really early to close but also, don’t just close early, guys. This is a drive thru only location (no inside seating or anything). Have always enjoyed Guthrie’s but not a fan of a portly run/poorly managed establishment, as someone who has worked in management, in a customer facing capacity for 16 years.

Lately, when I visit something is missing. One day it was my slaw, another time it was my toast and today it the tea. They gave me a Diet Coke in place of a sweet tea. It was for my child, so I didn’t taste it. They made me wait and when they came back to the window, the young lady just held out the bag and said absolutely nothing. They customer service was terrible, incorrect beverage, and twice fried, French fries. It will be a while before o return.

I went and got a 4 four piece and asked for bbq sauce multiple times because the girl didn't hear me when I got to the window she wasn't pleasant to talk to and then gave me my food and closed the window I tried to ask for a straw she looks directly at me and did nothing I got my food and she gave me extra Guthrie's sauce when I asked for bbq and then clarified it with her

I just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru only to receive old chicken and fries. Since it took so long I expected everything to be perfect since that is typically the way Gutheries has been. This was terrible. I will never eat at another Gutheries again. I do not recommend this location at all.

Half the chicken at twice the price…
I ordered a bucket (~23 tenders) but when I got home the bucket was half of that with a dozen tenders.
This was supposed to feed my family…

The number on the receipt is not valid and when I finally did reach the store, the only thing they said I could do is drive back for a refund. This would be a 25-30 minute drive.

Apparently they cannot work will not do refunds over the phone.

Very disappointed and about 25 dollars poorer for the decision to get food here.

I will say service was great as well as my food. I had stop going to Guthrie's because so much of the disappointment each time. Today my meal was great however my sweet tea had so type of gritty residue at the bottom of the cup. I had my sweet tea setting up for awhile to allow it to kind of become more water down to help eliminate the sweet taste. So, when I took a sip again I was tasting a gritty residue on my tongue. I became very uncomfortable/confused trying to figure out what it is however, I hoping to upload a photo of the gritty residue. I think I am completely done with this location. It was been months at one time a year or more since; I had started back due to past bad experiences(burnt, hard and greasy) chicken fingers. I am going with the rest of the house whole. I am done!
