We went late at night they forgot are extra sauce first time around came back through and the guy was really nice and gave us are extra sauce for free neeeds a raise bc he really cared about customer service and was extra nice and accommodating for no reason when he didn’t have to be wish I would’ve got his name so I could give him credit for his good service
I will say service was great as well as my food. I had stop going to Guthrie's because so much of the disappointment each time. Today my meal was great however my sweet tea had so type of gritty residue at the bottom of the cup. I had my sweet tea setting up for awhile to allow it to kind of become more water down to help eliminate the sweet taste. So, when I took a sip again I was tasting a gritty residue on my tongue. They are slow, got my order wrong (extra fry no slaw), but the quality of food is worth it. This location in Trussville does not offer inside seating like 280. So for the food 100% atmosphere and service I would say average nothing terrible.
