This place has disappointed us for the last time. It’s always an inconvenience to go to this location, because you have to wait entirely too long for anything. We’ve stopped numerous times on the way to baseball practice/games to get the kids a quick bite to eat only to end up being late to our time commitments. Upon my observations, there is a complete lack of intensity/urgency to meet any time goals. I observed what appeared to be a shift lead of some sort address an issue with a guest which was absolutely painful - shows that the lack of intensity and interest in service comes from leadership. I keep hoping that instead of responding to all these bad reviews, that they stop responding and begin reacting. These reviews have been bad and been bad for quite some time now. I work in retail and realize the challenges that come with staffing, especially in today’s world. However, every time I’m in there, there are a substantial amount of associates working (almost too much) just no structure - no unison - very disjointed. No one seems to care this location is struggling, to include the person responding to this comments (been going on for too long with no changes). It needs leadership. Structure. Expectations. Don’t blame the state of the workforce - self reflect with how we are leading and expectations we are creating. We will just be going to the Argo location from now on. Good luck on your endeavors!

Thr drive through was wrapped around the building and back to the entrance. I stood in line 10 min inside to order. Waited another 5 or more to get my food. Got home and no bacon on the BEC. And I paid for double bacon. Then they didn't them give me my coffe.

It's becoming a habit to only get about 90% of what I order. It shouldn't be my responsibility to check if I got everything I ordered and payed for. Also the serving time is slacking. The food, however, is still as good as it always has been.

The lady that took our order didn't look like she was very happy to be there. She never smiled or said thank you. Was very abrupt in her service attitude. I've worked for Jack's before for 3 years as a manager and I know it's a tough job when short staffed. But I always made sure the customer didn't feel like they were a burden on me because they were there. The QSR environment is not an easy one to work in and you have to have a certain type of mind set and heart to be in it. I was in it a total of 15 years. Customers/guests need to also understand that we have a lot on our plate as leaders in each store. Many times we have to be 3 or 4 people at once. Overall it was a good experience.

Worst Jacks ever. Drive thru rushes you through your order and through the window and half of the time, they get the order wrong. Corporate needs to do something about this location because it is awful!!! Staff is beyond rude! I know you want to make $15/hr but you’re not. Get over it and be nice to customers. Even managers are rude and incompetent.

I stopped here for dinner , walked in at 6:00 p.m , waited about 10 mins in line before I had my order taken. Let me just say the "manager" Charles should NOT be in a kitchen. He told me it would be 20 minutes until my order was ready with was only a 8 piece fried chicken thighs and legs only. He was rude and seemed annoyed I wanted to wait for what I paid for. So while I been there 30 minutes waiting on my dinner , I heard Charles tell several workers that I was taking all the chicken like EXCUSE ME ?! How are y'all out of chicken in the middle of dinner rush ? And how is 1 order taking all your chicken ? That's a problem for one. For two no biscuits were made Manager Charles had to hurry and throw them in oven . Ridiculous wait for 1 meal.. And then I felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed because manager Charles was saying out loud how I was taking all the chicken and all I ordered was 1 8 piece family meal!! Will NOT be back!!

Every time I have been to this location I have had a issue either my order has been wrong or the service has been extremely horrible and for example, today they had enough people but their line was an hour wait almost in the drive-through. I had asked for four ranches, and when I tried to get someone’s attention the five of them yea five all had their backs turned to the windows cutting up with Each other to get the other two, when I finally got someone’s attention. She was smart with me and told me they don’t have extra ranches, I watched the person in front of me before leaving trying to give back her ranches, and they said no keep them, they’re so stupid.

Every time we come to this Jack's they rush you through your order only to make you pull around as soon as you pay. Then once you get your food you will 80% of the time be going back to get your order fixed.
