Food is great! But nightshift is sooooo slow no matter how early or late you come. Especially past 7 pm. Employees play around and eat food in front of customers every time I come through. If the managers are here they often try their best though. Managers are great but employees..

Ordered a medium coffee and had to question the size b/c Jack's uses a small cup for their medium coffee. Got home with the food and found I actually had a tiny cup of hot water with a hint of coffee flavor.

I recently visited Jack's and was thoroughly impressed by their offerings. As a fan of fast food, I decided to try their fried chicken, chicken fingers, and fries, and I must say, they did not disappoint.
