I ordered the 2 lb classic rib plate for tonight, I got the end piece burnt beyond edible., and it was fatty , usually Fridays are good days to order this because I've done so before this time , it had 5 bones and 3 of them were really fatty in between. Come on guys do better , especially for a $20.00 plate.

Haven't been in the Birmingham area for any real amount of time. But will say in the time I have been here. Jim N Nick's is definitely in my top 3 places to eat. The Trussville location is the one I have frequented the most. And it's been amazing every time. I do have a question for Jim or Nick if they do happen to read this. What happens to the left over banana pudding? I mean it is amazing so could understand if there isn't a whole lot left over . But the little amount that is.? Well if ever an issue your not sure what to do with it. Let me know.. I know the perfect place.

Shared the Baby back ribs with my wife. Everything was delicious corn 🌽 was top notch, great mac n cheese , fabulous banana pudding.
