I have been craving a sub from Jimmy Johns for weeks!!! I was excited to go today til I interacted with your manager on duty today. The line of us were told that they only had 2 sub breads left or it would be a 45 minute wait. Everyone left and I stepped up to order the two because it's exactly what I needed. The MANAGER rolled his eyes, huffed, and said I was "killing him" by ordering the last 2. I assumed since I was next in line, a paying customer, and the bread was available...read full review
My first and last visit to Jimmy Johns. Ordered the tuna club which is advertised as more tuna, provolone cheese. Really?, where is the tuna? Where is the cheese? All bread no substance to the sandwich. Could not believe it! A waste of money. On the plus side- at least they are refunding my money
