Getting used to ordering thru panels.

Literally, the worst experience we have had at a McDonald's in a very long time if not ever. We sat at 1 intercom while 3 cars placed an order at the other and pulled around. They then took our order, which included 2 apple pies, took payment and proceeded to tell us at the second window that they are out of apple pies. It then took an act of congress to get a refund. Staff were complacent and acted like it was out fault.

They are rude here. I asked the person over the intercom if they had something specific and she said yes. I said great I’ll take two of those. They told me to pull up. No repeating of the order. I get to the window they rung up the wrong thing. The lady gets her manager I tell the manager and the manager said “oh well she’s an idiot”!(which is rude to say about your employee) then she tells me they actually don’t have it and that it’s more expensive. Fine, whatever. Then I get my drinks and I ask the lady if I have the right drinks since my order was wrong and she replied with “I don’t know, you’re going to have to try it and see” after a few seconds she said “well, have you tried it yet?” ….”.if you made my drinks aren’t you supposed to know what they are?” Then the girl huffed at me after I said that and said “look, I’m trying to be as nice as I can be!” And her manager (the one who called the other girl a “idiot” ) stepped in and finally made me the right drink at least. They was being nice? Where? When she told me to “try it and see for myself? That was her being nice? Well Ok then…

AVOID! Probably worst McDonald's experience I've had. No mayo, no sweet tea but didn't bother to tell us until after we received our food/paid. Drunk dude passed out at the front door, whom they proceeded to allow inside to pass out on a table. Staff was awful and honestly I've left maybe 5 bad reviews of places in my life.

Site in line 25 minutes for nothing.

Took my order and then their computer system went down. Absolutely nobody knew what to do.

I sit at the window for 15 minutes watching them play on their phones finally knocked and ask what eas going on and they told me the system was down they couldn't do no transactions. Meanwhile the line is wrapped around the building with knowone knowing whats going on.

Terrible management. Manager should have told people they cannot make transaction right now instead of making people wonder .

I paid for my meal. Drove to window t o pick up my food. They didn't have my order. The woman who took my money, said I hadn't paid. I pulled up, searched my car for the receipt, took it inside. The manager went in the back to get my food, one of the workers started running her mouth about me looking at her. I just left...cause frankly with attitudes I wouldn't been surprised if someone would've spit in my food. Seriously..if you go thru the drive thru, hang on to that receipt...

Worst experience ever from any McDonalds fast food restaurant. I ordered 60 chicken biscuits online went to pick up one hour later. The chicken biscuits wasn’t ready after claiming they had only 40 ready after waiting an additional hour. I then requested a refund. The store manager couldn’t grant it because some bogus explanation of the order was online and the amount the order was. Talk with the store manager boss he stated it was my fault for leaving without the incomplete order of 40 instead of 60 and that’s why he also refuse to give the refund. Stay away folks spear yourself the frustration or even a altercation.

So so so slow, they ask you to pull up everytime, there are always 2-5 cars pulled up. Just make the orders as they pull up

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, which is almost impressive. Do not go here. Took over 30 minutes to get 2 burgers and some fries in the drive through. Told us to pull up and forgot we were there.
