This store charged my account twice and over drew my account by 72$ when I paid in cash after telling me their debit card machine is down and trying to run my card. They have been no help at all with this. Please don’t order from them!

This location is AWFUL. Our orders are delivered late 98% of the time (an hour after they're ready), and it's not possible to reach management when you need to get an issue fixed. More than once, we've had the wrong order delivered. By the time we get our food, it's old and cold.
To top it off, Papa John's has terrible discounts/deals, so we're paying a ton of money for this horrible service. I'm done giving them more chances. I'm done.

I have order from many locations but the Trussville location is by far the best and cleanest. I have never had any issues with my pizza or other products. Staff is always friendly and fast.

I ordered 10 piece bread sticks online. When my order arrived there were only 5. I spoke to the manager. He was extremely rude and informed me he personally made the order. I order online because their store is very slow. I recommend anyone want pizza to go elsewhere. Because their customer service is horrible.

This franchise is fine. Most of what I'm going to talk about pertains almost entirely to the higher ups and possibly the franchise owner
I'm not sure who's setting the prices, but $18 for a 2 topping pizza that's good, not great at best, is robbery. I'm not sure if corporate just got some offices painted or if they're intentionally huffing it. Will never order Papa John's after this one. Little Ceasers tier pizza for 3 times the price

The pizza was really good, however it took a long time for them to make it. The bathroom was really see since it blended into the walls and looked like murals. Overall however the service was good and the cashier was extremely nice. It is worth the time and I don’t think it’s too expensive in my own opinion. Overall a 7/10 experience and I’ll probably go back again some time.
Vegetarian options: They make some vegetarian pizzas and you can make custom pizzas that fit your needs
Kid-friendliness: It is super cool to look at from a kids perspective since it feels like it belongs in New York or something.
