This place seems to just get worse and worse every time I go or even try to go. Pulled in today and they had just two cars in drive thru and three or four cars in stalls. While looking at the menu deciding what we want the manager is running food in between trying to puff a giant cigar and visibly frustrated and cursing under his breath every time a car pulls in. Absolutely worst Sonic experience ever at any location. Did a mobile order. The only redeeming part was the guy who brought the food, he was was super nice. Got a drink and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were awful. Way undercooked. They were actually pale and sad looking. The breading was so soft they bent/flopped when I picked it up. Whenever I go to the sonics and Trussville, the drive-through is the only thing open, and the stalls are never open. It takes the nostalgia feeling away from sonics. It’s a shame that I have to drive down to the Roebuck location and Trussville is only three minutes away from me. The general manager over Trussville should be ashamed. The rude customer service is unacceptable. Today there were five cars that got out of the drive-through line.

A server will bring out your meal and then you eat in your car.
