Same order every time I come in & they don't even care to get it right! I will go else where if something major don't change! How can you get the same order wrong every night? The exact same order every night? I ask for the mgr on duty they wouldn't even tell Mr who it was? Since David left this place isess than 1 star service! Take my advice and just go some where else & eat! This place don't care about you or your food! I'm damn tired of the half ass work then their half ass attitude when I call them on it.. shame on you tacobell! If I was the owner if fire the whole shift tonight! 2/27 8:45pm I just walked our with the wrong order because they wouldn't acknowledge me to fix it.

I ordered the nacho fires and soon eating some the fries which I thought was crust happen to be fried [chewed up gum] that was attached to the fries absolutely unexceptionable and disgusted

Though typically friendly staff, we find the quality and service to be very unreliable here. Some days it would be perfect, and other days an absolute disaster. Never know which one you’ll get.

2-18-25, Order# 951006 was 4 tacos and side of pintos and cheese ordered on website. My order lacked a spoon and the sauces listed on the order. The tacos each fell apart due to sticking to the wrapping paper. My office is 1/2 mile from this store so this should not have occurred. I feel I wasted 13.00 for tacos. I will not be visiting this store again. DO BETTER TACO BELL.

To the folks at Taco Bell, specifically Christina and James; Thank you! I ordered my meal on the mobile app as usual, except tonight I made a horrible mistake. My order went to the Hwy 280 store 18 miles away. No one at either store could tell me how to fix it or cancel. I don't blame them though because they weren't trained on how to handle it. Taco Bell needs to get with the program and follow McDonald's lead so when a customer arrives the GPS has them at the correct store automatically. Also, there needs to be away listed in the app to cancel! The Trussville store shouldn't have to take a loss because corporate didn't handle the issue when the app was made live!
However, in the midst of everything, Christina wasn't going to let me lose my order. She took my order again and she and James made it right for me. Their attitudes were top notch. Kind, empathetic and professional! This store as of late, has shown me this kind of top notch employees time and again for over a yr now! Btw, I want to mention those at the 280 store are great ppl as well. I have zero issues with them!
I recommend you at the higher levels fix this issue with the location. Add a phone number to call when an issue arrives. Train your employees better on how to handle these things until you get it fixed. Your app in this respect is not user friendly. No one wants to type out their issue knowing there will NOT BE AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. I hope that you'll handle this quickly. Thank you for hearing me out. This is the ONLY REASON why I didn't give you 5 stars. Corporate's problem not individual stores or employees. My experience with 280 and Trussville is always Amazing! Thank you both!!!

I waited 30 minutes for an order that was preordered they were not that busy no one acknowledged me I’m not sure if they are short staffed I asked politely how long the worker looked at me and said he don’t know. Please please please hire more people to help. As well as train your employees for better customer service the wait would not have been as bad if the customer service was better.

Slow… what happened to this place? It used to be a good fast food restaurant, now their drive thru can’t handle more than 2 cars without getting backed up.

The whole staff needs to be retrained.There was food on all the tables.The mens restroom had chicken all in the floor most of my food was warm at best.The drink counter was nasty .All while all, 5 employees were taking a break at the same time. This place was not busy I was the only person in the lobby and maybe 2 cars came through the Drive through while I was there
