My group was locked in the building because their lobby was closing? That seems very unsafe to me. I didn’t feel safe

I had an issue with my food. I went through the drive through. I drove all the way back to the restaurant.
Because the food was terrible. The manager would not come out and speak with me. Nor would they give me a refund.

They got my order wrong. Then had the nerve to tell me what I had to say. I told the manager that’s what I said. Took the wrong order back. Attitude was awful.

Not sure why y’all so stingy with the hot sauce that probably only costs you 2 cents a package, if that. I ordered a bunch of food and they gave me 5 packages of hot sauce -that’s so unnecessary. And then if you dare to ask for more they get hella dramatic and put like two handfuls in the bag. Just doing the most.

Ordered a discovery luxe box and when i got to the window they handed me the wrong box and got very upset when i said that’s not my order so i asked for a refund and got a very rude response from both the girl on the window and a guy she called, never again
The food is good, hot, pretty quick.. but they always forget something. it never fails. I’d be willing to wait a little longer to ensure I got all the things I paid for.

Very Unhappy! No one working front register. I had to use electronic board to place my order & that took almost 10 minutes. Some people just do not like that form of ordering... I know I can't be the only 1

Ordered a Doordash with a crunch wrap, a cantina bowl with no guac or avocado sauce due to an allergy, and a couple other items. The crunch wrap was left out, the bowl is smothered in sauce and guacamole so I can't eat it, and my husband's quesadilla they left the sauce off (which is one of the three ingredients in it). And this is not the first time they have messed up majority of our order either, it's been a frequent occurrence. I'm giving up on this location because it's simply not worth it, especially paying extra for delivery.

don’t even waste your time. should be zero stars. went through the drive through and was missing 3 items and one was made incorrectly. went back through the drive through and was questioned, then they took the whole bag of food and threw it away($40 in food when only $4 of it was made incorrectly and we were missing two items). we waited while they remade it and was handed a bag still missing items but now different ones. we got their attention again to let them know we were now missing different items just for the manager to lean out the window and very aggressively tell us that he packed the bag himself and everything was there. so we go through every item one by one, and he’s going “yup there’s your quesadilla, there’s your double stack tacos, now there should be another taco and the cinnamon twists” as we’re showing him the bag is e m p t y. absolutely ridiculous. and of course we didn’t get any sauce the second time. not to mention this is the saddest taco bell food i’ve ever seen in my life. crazy the manager wants to get aggressive and pissy with us when they’re the ones that messed up the order and left items out both times we went through the line. don’t waste your time. also the lobby was closed long before any of their hours list it’s supposed to be closed.

Terrible service!! I understand that you all are busy because of a football game, but dont assume that we were with the football team! BECAUSE WE ARE NOT!! It's a shame when the young man at the window( reg employee) was willing to go above and beyond but the manager was not. The manager would rather throw food away then allow us to order through the app and prevent waste!! This location needs new management!! Sound like he wants to eat the food himself, instead of catering to his customers!! This happened today Sept 5, 2025 @ 10:30pm
