We just left the drive through and I have to say, this was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had at Wendy’s. Nessa, the manger, met me at the window and had the best attitude and personality. She deserves a raise and I can tell she is a wonderful leader. My son was having a slight meltdown and she went out of her way to speak kindly to him and offer him a treat and toy. You could tell she cares about her staff and the customers. It was refreshing and left me

BREE provided the best customer service I've ever experienced at a Wendy's! She was very friendly, smiled often, and thorough in making sure my order was right. Food was good, but not very hot. I'm not a huge Wendy's fan, but I'll definitely revisit this location. Also, the prices have increased...

Been trying to get a burger for a while. First time, drive thru not open. Finally went night before major surgery. My husband's and my burgers were completely burned, no ketchup, bottom bun broke like a cracker. We had to wait for the food, the person at the ordering area we had a hard time hearing and no receipt paper when I asked for receipt. Spent $22.75 just for one combo and one double burger. Husband said chili (his side) was not good. I could not eat the bottom bun...
