This was my first time back in Tuscaloosa since being a student and while I'm not typically influenced by social media, decided to stop for a coffee after seeing the location on social media. I'm a Dytxh Bros fanatic and thought the experience was very similar. Definitely not AS good as Dutch Bros, but definitely a close second. Everyone was friendly and I got my drink quickly.

2 drinks for only $7, customer service is TOP TIER, got a pumpkin chai latte iced and you can ACTUALLY taste the pumpkin unlike some other places 1000/10 for me, also got a kiwi and peach flavored water and it’s a 100/10!! WOULD RECOMMEND

My first visit to 7Brew! Amazing service, bright smiles, and caring workers. Ella and Alaysia provided outstanding service to me this morning. I was nervous about my order and Ella had the patience I needed to ensure I was placing my order correctly: large funnel cake blondie, toasted marshmallow cold foam, and caramel drizzle. I asked for a drink recommendation, and their knowledge of the menu paired with asking the right questions, that’s fantastic customer service. And I’ve worked in customer service for 11 years. Quick and easy to get your favorite brew! The baristas are always friendly and ready with a recommendation if you aren’t sure what you want. 10 out of 10 would go again (and will.) Personally, my favorite is the iced sweet and salty, 1/4 sweet with cold foam.

Last night was my first time trying 7brew I let the guy know and he went and got me some menus. I picked something, because he walked off and didn’t suggest anything, which I found crazy because I had already told him I wasn’t familiar with anything being a new customer. Well what I tried was absolutely disgusting to me and asked could it be replaced with something else. He then stated that he couldn’t remake it and I’d have to buy again, mind you I never let the parking lot I had my husband back up seconds later. Horrible experience and he didn’t wanna be there clearly
