Love the margaritas, and family atmosphere.

I went on Valentine’s Day with my family, and boyfriend, and the service was terrible, there was barely any people in the restaurant, yet it took them forever just to take our order, and we’ve waited ANOTHER 40 minutes just for them to give us undercooked burgers, and they weren’t even seasoned. My burger was pink, and I asked for it to be all the way cooked, and there was hair in my boyfriend’s wings. The waiter who sat us down had an attitude also, refusing to let me get up to go to the bathroom, because apparently she didn’t ’want us using it’. If I could give zero stars I would. I wouldn’t recommend coming back here.

I placed an online order at 4:00 p.m. for pickup at 4:30. Due to traffic I arrived at 4:45. I still had to wait an extra 45 minutes for my food

This place is terrible with getting 3rd party ( Uber eats, DoorDash) out the door. Extremely long wait time. Staff acts as if they don’t see you or wanna help you. Probably won’t be back for orders.

The waiter was ok but slow and seemed a little confused. Some of us ordered drinks, and they were not as pictured. We had to continue to ask for them,and the food we ordered was terrible!! H had all the mixed up! The adults and the kids' food cold as looked if the cooks just took something and threw it on a plate. The family gathering was a total waste. Tuscaloosa, don't have any places
to choose from for a family gathering or meal. We need a buffet. All you can eat buffet restaurants like Golden Corral.

My daughter and I decided on Applebee's to celebrate her TKD Tournament WIN. We had a new server that had just started, so he was slightly nervous but nice. BUT... It took 38 MINS for our Fiesta Lime Chicken and Kid's Chicken Fettuccine. The restaurant was all out of LIMES for my Fiesta LIME Chicken & they had to remake our kid's meal. Overall, It was a less than impressive, mediocre dinner.

Parking: They have designated parking for restauranteurs up front next to the handicap parking.

Servers are excellent and very friendly, but the food is VERY salty 🧂 😑

The waitress was OK. The food was good. Came to have drinks but the bartender. A lady didn't have what it took to make the drinks or didn't know how to make them. I got margaritas 🍹 and my girls told her how to do a simple rum drink. I was very disappointed since I was treating my daughter's and granddaughter's to drinks and ir didn't go as planned.
