The area manager Vanessa is a liar and does not keep her word! I had permission to park at this location, my vehicle was towed. I spoke with this manager and she assured me I was getting my mo ey back, she was going to take it out of her employees check and i said absolutely not, I can wait until I come back to Tuscaloosa and the company pay me!! I spoke with her several times she said she would be here when I got here she was not, she said coming at 11pm would be ok thank goodness I came earlier because they lock the doors at 930!! It cost me everything i made that night to get my truck back (285$) she told the manager on duty to give me 100 thats all she can do!!! This is the worst arbys i have ever been too!! Corporate is being called every conversation has been recorded! She is going to be held responsible and i will be getting my lawyer involved at this point its not only about the money but about the principle!!

The food here is never fresh ! I asked for my food cooked fresh and was given these gummy over cooked chicken tenders as well as stale fries. You guys need to revamp this location and step up the customer service

we just kind of stood at the counter waiting to be greeted…. there were like 2 orders on the screen (not very long ones either) and nobody helped our group. nobody said anything to us, actually. the guy in the drive thru was watching videos on his phone and the cook was just staring blankly at the screen. went to freddy’s instead
