Auntie Anne's

There’s literally no point. I don’t understand how the main item is pretzels and they never have any. No matter what time of the day or week you go, they always claim not to have the main items on the menu. They wanna sell you old ass nuggets that have been sitting under a heater for hours and have the nerve to have nasty attitudes while taking your money. You ask for anything on the menu like the original combo or the pretzel dog they’re gonna claim not to have it or tell you it’s gonna take 20 minutes to make. Just shut the whole establishment down at this point.

Food is fine but the employees have really bad attitudes and never get orders correct. Management needs to staff better and train these people correctly. I hesitated to make this review because I genuinely like the pretzels but after several bad experiences I may not return here.

Older lady behind the counter looks like she’s miserable with her job. Walked up and ordered two small lemonades, and she gave me a LARGE free side of attitude. I added on the second lemonade last second (which I understand is annoying) but the horrible attitude after wasn’t necessary. Not even a smile when I walked up to the counter, just was looked at me like a inconvenience

Waited 5+ minutes at the register ringing the bell for someone to take my order. No one came so i went next door to chick fil a, Turns out the employee was standing 20ft away ordering sushi… Why does she still have a job?

Came to this location twice to get pretzels and the first time they were closed in the middle of the day, and the second time another customer and I stood there for about 5 minutes trying to get someone to come up front to take our orders. Nobody ever came so I ended up going to chick fil a as I’m waiting on my food from chick fil a I see the Auntie Anne’s worker coming from the Flavas next door…she could atleast put a sign up saying she’s on lunch so customer’s don’t waste their time like we did today. ?

Stopped by today at 12:21 on a Tuesday. Not busy at all. Lady was on her phone. Not very friendly. Seemed a tad aggravated that we interrupted her phone time. No pretzels ready but didn’t mind waiting 5 minutes on a fresh, hot one. What I did mind was that after she took my cash she went straight to the dough and started making my pretzel without washing her hands… after handling nasty cash. She was not wearing gloves. ?

Not open on time. It's 11:08am they open at 11:00am. I don't even smell pretzels. Lady back there by herself. Moving like molasses flows through her veins. I don't even believe the pretzels gonna be that good. The frozen drink machine don't look frozen. Just horrible! Gate probably still down. It's 11:11am, I'm out of here. Sad.

This location is extremely unsanitary, the older women that works there literally touched the food with her bare hands. Disgusting…

Very disappointed ? the last two times I've come for pretzels they have been closed during hours they should've been open. I left them a note today letting them know I drove an hour for their pretzels for my birthday and they were closed. Please do better!

Slow working lady, no gloves and too busy watching her phone. Said would take 5 minutes and after 4 other customers, she still said "a few more minutes". Sad that it took so long and food was only ok. Every time I see her, I will not order nothing at all.

The lady working today was rude like we inconvenienced her. The food was good tho. Won’t be going back anytime soon.
