Did not honor advertised promotion, wasted my time. Boba was good but staff (Madison) was very rude and not professional, she should not be working in customer service.

The customer service here is awful. I had a drink made wrong 3 times and then the girl called me and told me they don’t put boba in their boba drinks?!? This happened last Friday! I love this place but the customer service is near terrible!

I love boba mania and have been frequenting this store for a really long time. Recently I have noticed they changed their tapioca boba to a smaller less flavorful kind which is disappointing. I hope they change back to what they were using previously because it is 100x better than what they are using now. The new boba is disappointing.

I miss the old location near the university. I tried the new location and was disappointed. The first time at the new location there was a large group behind me and they started making their drinks first. The second time I went I ordered a taro milk tea and strawberry matcha. The taro tasted weird it was either the milk powder or taro power. Its tasted nutty no taro flavor. I couldn't drink it and had to throw it away. The strawberry matcha tasted like jasmine green tea and not matcha. They also put very hot boba so the iced melted and watered down our drinks.
Sooo good! The staff are so friendly and help a lot to customize a drink just for what I’m looking for. I love the seasonal flavors the best!

One of my favorite memories is getting boba with my roommate from Boba Mania on Halloween night. We got a discount for wearing our costumes and I just remember it being a lovely night with great boba!

Some of the best Thai Tea and town! I’ve been a customer since the first week at their downtown location and follows them to midtown. They have super creative drinks and solid classic ones as well. The best post school/work treat :)
