Absolutely disgusting food: It all tastes bad, and there were No Utensils - At All: not even a straw for the drink!! - with my delivery; all sauces were also missing Except the peach-honey-pepper, which I don't understand why Anyone would think is good enough to sell since it smells bad and tastes even worse.
No part of the order was good - even the tea was somehow both too sweet And too bitter simultaneously - but that sauce, while its name suggests an appealing flavour concept, is so poorly executed and was definitely the worst-tasting item that I received . . . although the 'apple crisp' - which isn't 'crisp' at all but soggy at the top - is close in second place for tasting the most-repulsive.

Food is good. Love the food. First time I went, the person at the counter was a delight! Second time I went, (drive thru) the person was rude and shorted me food and never gave me a receipt. Didn't realize the food was missing until I got home 20 minutes away. Not much to do about it at that point.

NEVER less than a 10 minute wait for grilled chicken. I get it has to cook, but a minimum 10 minute wait for grilled chicken isn’t fast food. It’s usually a 15-20 minute wait. They won’t pre prepare grilled chicken but they’ll leave the fried chicken out for God only knows how many hours at a time.

Placed order at 745pm was told it would take 15 minutes for order. Pulled forward got sides in 15 minutes, almost 30 minutes has passed still no chicken. This is the worst service I've seen. Manager needs training on customers service and business. Why don't you have products ready.
