We were ignored. They helped the African American gentleman in front of us instantly. When he left, they ignored us for 5+ minutes. No acknowledgments, no "we'll be right with you." Just straight ignored us. We were the only people inside.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich or Spicy Chicken Bisquit are both great here. Bo-berrie Bisquits are great for dessert or to share with a friend. Great service and great food. Highly recommend Bojangle's in Cottondale, AL compared to other fast food restaurants in the area.Parking: Parking areas are located on each side of the restaurant.
The employees seem to not care to help the guests.

My wife likes Bojangles’ chicken biscuits for breakfast when she is out and about. (Frankly, all of their chicken is too spicy for my tastes so I don’t eat there myself.) She says that all of their biscuits are very good except occasionally when they don’t bake them enough.Parking: Plenty of free parking.

Ladies were very nice, busy filming orders. Very clean work area, smile s on the ladies faces. Lady even walked my food and carried cases out to the car! Thank goodness for prompt service and hot food.

It was a horrible experience. I had to wait at least 10 minutes for my 3 piece chicken, which was 2 small broken up thighs and a wing. I told them 2 legs and thigh. They charged me 12.96, and I can't figure out why, and they didn't give me a receipt. They will not answer the

I order gravy biscuit combo, this morning. When, I got home, open up my gravy biscuit, the biscuit was burnt, I try cutting it up, took me few minutes; Try eating it, all I could taste was the burnt biscuit, it leaves bad after taste. If I place sausage biscuits, I know you probably would not gave me burnt biscuit, so why u put it on gravy biscuit. One more thing, would you eat burnt biscuits with gravy.

When I placed my order (8 piece family meal with dirty rice and coleslaw), I was informed I had to wait 15 minutes for the chicken. I couldn't understand how a "fast food" restaurant didn't have the foresight to have their main dish prepared at dinner. 20 min and $30 later. I get home and the chicken was still cold.
