We had a great meal here and honestly everything hit the spot. The bananas foster French toast was rich and sweet without being over the top, and the shrimp and grits with poached eggs were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Service was friendly, food came out hot, and the portions were generous. Suggestion on table layout, put some kind of screen between hostess stand and the table behind. It’s too close, you can hear everything going on there.

Only knocking it down to 4 stars because they don’t serve lattes or specialty coffee—would’ve been the perfect finishing touch. To be a breakfast forward place with great looking Bloody Marys, the extra effort to handle lattes would be a good move. Other than that, no complaints. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.

Can't handle less than a quarter of capacity without being rude to a single patron that was trying to sit at the bar because the hostess or waitress wanted to audibly complain about being double sat. Not professional at all..

I was so caught spending time with my husband and grandson that I didn’t take photos , but this place was fantastic!
We enjoyed the atmosphere. Service was great! The food was excellent and they have so many options. I plan to visit again and give an update. I really wanted to try their Mimosas.

Not so many brunch places to choose from given how small the town is. And this is one of the most popular one, which means the line could get crazy on games days or weekends. Their bananas in pajamas were awesome and also dairy-free-friendly. Couldn’t ask more as a person who suffer from allergies.
Nice and must try southern place if you are here for short stay especially if you’re not originally from south!

This is one of the few restaurants in Tuscaloosa that is worth eating at if you also cook well at home. It isn't too expensive and the food is tasty and not trash you can get at every other chain restaurant.

I had breakfast tacos and they were good but no seasoning and bland. Service was excellent but it was very loud inside.

Pancakes are level 3 at best batter needs to be change and higher heat used when cooking with additional oil. It cakes up like a biscuit in your mouth. Service staff was great food time was really good.
