This is the greatest bdubs ever. Service is amazing. Managers were on top of tv programming for football games. This is a sore spot for me usually. This is how every bdubs in America should strive to be because there are way more bad bdubs than good ones.

I hate to be over critical but BWW has been going down hill for some time now.... Their servers and staff do a good job and the atmosphere is all ways great but they built a business on chicken wings and their wings are horrible... Their overcooked, hard as a rock and have no real flavor other than the sauces... There are sever
al good options out there for wings at better prices.... I just can't give them more than 2 stars on account they are a wings restaurant.... I highly doubt I'll spend my time or money in their establishment going forward....

Last night, Our server Lindsey sat down in our direct vision, while eating a snack and on her phone while we were in need of service. When we finally were able to wave her down and grab her attention we asked for refills. She came back saying that the bar had already done a last call.
Normally servers ask if we want another round before last call. Maybe if she was a bit more attentive with her tables…But she decided to sit on her phone instead…. The service was not good.

So I ordered online while on the way to the restaurant. I get there 15 min or so after I ordered and the food was ready. I actually got there earlier than scheduled to pick it up. I pick it up and drive to dch pop it open as soon as I get there potato wedges were warm and I was cool with that but the wings had clearly been sitting for a while and they covered them with sauce. I know because I been cooking for years. I called the place and they told me to save the boxes and bring them tomorrow at lunch so I can get credit. I'm shaking my head over here. I got the receipt but I'm gonna bring them wings back. I stopped eating them. Getting something else. It's so hard to get what you pay for nowadays.

It has been 45 minutes... I called our food in to-go. So it was another 20 minutes before I showed up to the facility.
Total wait has been 1:30 for 2 kids meals and two sets of wings for adults. 24 total wings and some fries. This is ridiculous. Paid online so still waiting, how terrible

Absolutely disgusting service from the girl who answered my call about an issue that I had (calling to politely ask if my order went through at this location or not) and was met with rude behavior and attitude. You really need to put people on the phone who are respectful and courteous - especially when talking to customers.

I like going here because there usually isn’t a long wait. The servers are friendly, now sometimes the burger is great and then sometimes they can be salty, fries are usually not a lot, and I love me some fries. They recently renovated the interior and it looks so much better than before.

We always order Uber eats from Buffalo Wild Wings and I love their onion rings please tell me why I just received this. Not to mention my fiance got boneless wings that have no sauce on them at all that were supposed to have sauce sauce on them. Spent over $70 on all of this and we’ve never had this issue before.
