Burger King in Tuscaloosa

“I want to give a shout out to Teresa at Burger King on Skyland Blvd I went inside about lunch time and she was running the drive-thru and the front and bagging orders all by her self she was doing the job of 3 people she deserves a raise took about 5-6 minutes to get my order but she was very polite and the food was great she really deserves a raise“

“In from out of town, this was the most pleasant evening dinner out I've had in a week. Staff was delightful, food was perfect, and the place was clean. Thank you all so much. I’d been to almost every other fast restaurant on this strip and all of them were disgusting and the staff were stressful. This burger king restored my faith. Thank you.“

“They have definitely made some major changes at this location. The employees seem to be better trained and more efficient. They were friendly and were able to get my order right on the first time. My food was hot and prepared relatively quickly. The restaurant seem to be clean and neat and in order. It was a little hot as the air conditioner did not seem to be working correctly however, it was working well in the children's play place and was extremely comfortable in there.

“Okay so I drove across town to this Burger King to get my food immediately upon a 2o second wait I was greeted at the drive-thru menu... The lady took my order and I drove around to the window where I paid and she dropped me some fresh fries. I told her about my experience at the other North Port location. She said that they will probably get in trouble for having all the lights on and the menu board open showing all signs that they are open and then waiting so long to greet me at the drive-thru. Whoever owns these Burger Kings needs to get everybody on the same page. The lady at the Northport store either did not have the help she needed or she just didn't want to serve people food because they lost three paying customers within 15 seconds“
