This is, without exception, the restaurant with the worst service I have ever been to. The staff member taking orders had an extremely poor attitude—her disdain and unwillingness to work were practically written all over her face. I truly don’t understand: if you hate your job so much, why are you even here?

This is a great injustice to consumers.

Despite being a fast-food restaurant, I had to wait 30 minutes after ordering just to get a simple combo. This is, without a doubt, the worst of the worst. My God. Is it even possible to find service worse than this?

1st Window Lady was a Sweetheart, 2nd Window Lady was rude. The Sweet Tea was actually Rancid & the Fries wasn't cooked at all. No wonder there was nobody in the parking lot lol. I don't think I'm ever getting food from here again.

Ordered the Jack-O-Lantern Whopper it was room temperature and stale orange bun and had no cheese or bacon as advertised. Also had to wait 15 minutes after paying and pulled around to other side. Very Unsatisfactory.

Was in a time crunch and Xavier went above and beyond. I recommend he gets a raise or promoted. Will use this location exclusively because of him. Carol also provided excellent customer service and was a pleasure to speak with. The morning crew at this location are amazing and treat you like you matter which is very refreshing nowadays.

Yea when it says 24 hours online but whenever you try to go there later night you see employees moving around inside hiding and never acknowledging your presence in the drive through to make you think that they're closed. What a terrible experience at this location. AGAIN.

This is the best burger king ive ever been to!! Always exceptions to every rule, but this location is always about business and the satisfaction of their customers. They care about the community and keep their attitudes and food fresh all day!! Big fan of their breakfast crew!!!! God bless this BK
