If I could give 0 stars, I would. Whoever worked between midnight and 1230 on Tuesday, July 22nd was an awful representation of this store. She gave attitude before I was able to order, so I left and gave my money to Taco Bell.

The food was good, but the service was THE WORST I have ever had in a quick service location in Tuscaloosa. I do not recommend visiting this location, which I hate saying because we have always loved BK! With attitudes like some had there on Friday, they only deserve employment if BK is looking to run off customers at the McFarland location. (To the shorter lady in the drive-thru, I'm sorry I didn't catch your name. You were very sweet! and very helpful!! Thank YOU!)

I don't know what to say, this wasn't a very pleasant experience for me, there was homeless people in the restaurant and one of them asked me to give her money, as well as food I indeed gave it to her but I wouldn't let anyone else do that, also the bathroom was disgusting there was urine in the bathroom and there's even carpets below the toilet? And also the beef was very dry also was the buns I wouldn't come here again.

Customer service horrible ! It took forever to get my food. My sandwich was made wrong and the girl had an attitude just because I asked for fresh onion rings!! Literally took forever I thought this was fast food👎🏽

In from out of town, this was the most pleasant evening dinner out I've had in a week. Staff was delightful, food was perfect, and the place was clean. Thank you all so much. I’d been to almost every other fast restaurant on this strip and all of them were disgusting and the staff were stressful. This burger king restored my faith. Thank you.

This place needs alot of help. It took 30 minutes to get our food. They were out of coffee and ended up getting a sprite instead. Had three people behind us in the drive thru have to also park and wait.
