Ordered food online went to pick it up on Fri Oct 24th at about 7.30p the cashier was very nice but the manager had a real bad attitude all I did is ask a question about a free desert I guess I made her mad because the cashier didn't know so she had to get up from sitting down to help the cashier

Aug. 15th around 2:30 to 3pm.
Absolutely outstanding experience. Hot tasty food, clean seating areas, and a very kind staff. There were two different young men at the counter, both were incredibly kind and likable. Both of those gentlemen will make great leaders one day! By far the best captain D's experience i have had. Couldn't be happier with my visit.

The baked potato I had was not that good the stuffed crab was not that good but all over service was great the young man that was absolutely wonderful.

Went by after work round 5:30 after a 12hrs shift just to be served hard fish idk if it was the grease or maybe it was cooked to long but when I brought it up to them I was told “ that how it comes it don’t come soft” with an attitude been eating captain ds since a child I never had no fish like this what make the situation so bad the manager was cook I WOULDNT SPEND NO MONEY AT THIS LOCATION 💯!

If you order in app and come to the restaurant and they don't have the items you ordered you can't get a refund for missing items ( it was more than one) the the lady manager gets and attitude while conversation with cook about this comes from the back saying she not giving my money back for missing item ordered shes the manager call corporate then proceed to drop my food on the floor pick it up close lids put in bag and says do i want to check it (who eating food off floor ?) and says again she not giving me a refund for nothing cause she the manager call corporate or the police went outside and the cook apologized for her actions and said he was going to re-cook everything.....cook was the responsible one he needs to be manager not her just a waste of time and money it was my money spent not hers and didn't have any dipping sauce in bag either at this point i
didn't eat order just waisted $40

Ordered white fish meal with Cole slaw and loaded baked potato. The Cole slaw had hair in it. I took it to the counter. The manager on duty did not offer an apology. She walked away as I was asking for Mac and Cheese as a courtesy for the distasteful event. She went to the back and came back with another container of coleslaw. I told her I didn't want it. I asked again for Mac and cheese. She said no I am the manager and cannot give you a premium item because it is more expensive. I said it should be a comp item because of the experience. She denied the request. I walked away from the counter very dissatisfied. Prior to that incident I had to go back to the counter and ask for the sour cream and butter for the loaded baked potato. There was no apology for the error. The customer service was very poor, especially by a manager. This was once a favorite place to dine when in this area. I was very disappointed by this encounter. The meal for 3 kids and 3 adults was over $80.00.
