If you order in app and come to the restaurant and they don't have the items you ordered you can't get a refund for missing items ( it was more than one) the the lady manager gets and attitude while conversation with cook about this comes from the back saying she not giving my money back for missing item ordered shes the manager call corporate then proceed to drop my food on the floor pick it up close lids put in bag and says do i want to check it (who eating food off floor ?) and says again she not giving me a refund for nothing cause she the manager call corporate or the police went outside and the cook apologized for her actions and said he was going to re-cook everything.....cook was the responsible one he needs to be manager not her just a waste of time and money it was my money spent not hers and didn't have any dipping sauce in bag either at this point i didn't eat order just waisted $40

Ordered white fish meal with Cole slaw and loaded baked potato. The Cole slaw had hair in it. I took it to the counter. The manager on duty did not offer an apology. She walked away as I was asking for Mac and Cheese as a courtesy for the distasteful event. She went to the back and came back with another container of coleslaw. I told her I didn't want it. I asked again for Mac and cheese. She said no I am the manager and cannot give you a premium item because it is more expensive. I said it should be a comp item because of the experience. She denied the request. I walked away from the counter very dissatisfied. Prior to that incident I had to go back to the counter and ask for the sour cream and butter for the loaded baked potato. There was no apology for the error. The customer service was very poor, especially by a manager. This was once a favorite place to dine when in this area. I was very disappointed by this encounter. The meal for 3 kids and 3 adults was over $80.00.

What a terrible location. The food was extremely salty and greasy. And they were literally out of everything they didn't have any large cups they were out of sweet tea they didn't have any lemon. There wasn't much left to order period and the fish was awful do not recommend at all safer to skip this one

My first worst encounter at this location that used to be my favorite location. Waited 15+ mins to let them know we were still waiting for our food. After another 5 minutes of getting our food, several items were missing so we had to wait another 5+ mins to get those items and the food was terrible. The only thing that was fresh and hot was the roll and hush puppies. The cashier was nice and very attentive and so was the manager altho the front entrance smelled like marijuana because the cooks was outside smoking it when we pulled up. Explained why the food was trash because we never had this experience before
love me some captain's fish my server Joshua was professional, courteous, polite and a respectful young man... that's usually missing in the fast food industry. Good to know there are still young people out there brought up right. Hope he goes far. ...oh yeah, the food was on point as always , lol

I don’t understand why no grilled fish 1.5 hours before closing? Ordered the chicken and fish… guess what… NO CHICKEN! No baked potatoes either. Very disappointed. I’m a bariatric patient and look forward to grilled fish. This seems to be a trend with Captain Ds. Customers should be able to come get advertised menu items at all times.
Dietary restrictions: I can only eat grilled or baked and grill not available once again.
