So, after the checkers reopened, I went by after work to get something and was told they only take door dash. A couple weeks later, I drive by and see cars in line and decide to try to order again. Success. I went by a couple times later, no problem. Tonight, I get off of work at 11pm and go by and when I pull up to order, I am told they are only doing door dash. I am the only vehicle on the property other than the employees, but they cannot take my order. The new owner needs to put up some sign that says we don't want your business unless you order door dash. I tried using the app a couple weeks ago and followed the sign that said where to go for app orders and door dash. I was completely ignored at that window. I did drive to the other side and got my order though they advertised a glorilla meal, but never have apple pies. Sorry this is so long, but the Northport location has not reopened, and if I want something from checkers, this is my only option.

I was out of town and had lunch at this location. The food was hot and the staff was very nice. I have had a few let downs at other Checkers, but this location was a 10 for me. Everything and everyone was so uplifting and comfortable until before I left going back home I found myself going back there to take a meal back home with me. I'd I didn't live so far away I probably would eat there everyday. Stop by and check this location out .

Not too good at all but everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt I've seen this place about a thousand times and decided I would stop after dropping off a client to a very important meeting in Tuscaloosa, stopping at this place for a bite to eat was a very big mistake!!!!, the food was horrible and the service was even worse, I do believe that this place can get better if they closed it as soon as possible and reopened it with a different ownership and brand new employees, the french fries tasted like someone has swept them up off the floor, the bread on the sandwich was molded and the chicken look and felt like it had been cooked in the grease about 5 or 6 times, I ordered a sweet tea, y'all the sweet tea tasted like three or four flat soda pops mixed together there was no sweet tea in the cup at all I went to the cookout down the street and through the food from this checkers out of the window as fast as I possibly could I don't leave bad reviews at all but this place was so terrible and so horrible I have no earthly idea what is going on here, food is supposed to be hot and fresh none of this food even tasted like it was made from the same day, 😳😳😳😳😳 I believe that there is room for improvement but only with an entire brand new staff just as well as new ownership, this is a place that I would never return to or bring any of my clients to at all and I do mean at all!!!!!! THE FOOD WAS SO BAD AT THIS PLACE I WAS AT THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE THE VERY NEXT MORNING FROM THROWING UP GOD BLESS WHOEVER WORKS HERE AND WHOEVER VISITS HERE CUZ LORD KNOWS I WOULD NEVER COME BACK EVER!!!!

Needs an update, who doesn’t love Checkers though? They closed down all the ones I know of and I have been wanting checkers for years!!! I found one!! I was so excited.
