I picked up a meal to go. I ordered the 4 piece chicken tenders with waffle fries and a lemonade. I also tried their macaroni and cheese and purchased the medium one for a friend. Let's talk about false advertising. The chicken tenders are more like fingers. They are not the long, straight pics of chicken that are pictured on their menu or website. They are so tiny that they fit inside a little red box. The macaroni and cheese were good, but talk about over-inflated prices....
Whoever the shift manager is, surely isn't a business major at UA. They were cranking out orders and then came to a sudden halt. MANY orders after mine had already been given out. Like people who got here 10 minutes after me. I asked about it and was told I'm coming up next. About another 5 minutes later the person I'll assume was the shift manager yelled out to all the customers for us to chill out and wait "aight"; that our orders were coming but all...
I went at 12 when they were completely covered up and ended up having to leave to go to my class after I ordered my food on the mobile order app 40 minutes ago. Once I got out of class I came back and told them that I still hadn’t received ny food. The manager made it right and got me my food fast and even upsized my fries for free. They are always polite and I was impressed with how they handled it after seeing how swamped they were.
