I knew something was off about this store. Normally, I rave about Chic-fil-a! I lived overseas for 4 years and I tell everyone the two things I miss is Church & Chic-fil-a. When we walked up the drive through people were not smiling. The cashier was playing with his hair. On top of those things, there was fraud that took place and Chic-fil-a customer service stated there was nothing they could do about it. I suspect it’s an employee b/c after our meal I tried to add my order to the app and I got an error message about ineligible. I informed management. They told me to call corporate. I needed a reason to stop going to the restaurant b/c the Polynesian sauce is addictive. Bye Bye Chic-fil-a! It was a nice reunion while it lasted.

This will most likely be the last google review for this restaurant just closed before Sunday and the new store will likely to open on Thursday but i'll have to check it out soon sometime when i come back to Tuscaloosa!

Horrible. Long wait, order was wrong, even after reiterating how I wanted my salad 5 times, was charged wrong price, chicken was way overcooked, no napkins, no utensils , (even after I asked if they were in the bag). Would not EVER return!

This is probably one of the worst locations I've been to, there is just no order. I ordered two cobb salads and a small fry. After waiting a while salads were brought out and then I had to wait an additional 10 mins for the fries. Arrived home to open my salad and it had none of the toppings that it should besides the chicken. No black beans, corn, tomato, egg, or bacon. This was definitely not a cobb.
Grill nuggets was burn up and salad old lettuce and didn't put a for in bag for salad had throw all the food away want be eating there again at that store

Prime location for this restaurant. Please note,it is a drive-thru only location.Expect long lines and extremely longer wait times. More team associates are needed outside and possibly directing traffic,they also don'tfamously greet & thank you here. We had crispy chicken salads and it was great but not worth the wait.

The manager of this location has no business being a manager. Pouring down rain and I’m sitting in the drive-through for 20 minutes. I get up to the front and I’m told that I have to get out and park and walk in the rain and go to the front window for my order. customer service 101. He has no clue.

I wanted to order from Northport but it wasn’t an option for delivery for me so I chose this place who messes up my order EVERY TIME. I ordered 2 side salads & received no crunchy pepper toppings or salad dressing for either! This place is TERRIBLE. It’s EVERY ORDER!!
