She welcomed me and my husband at the door, teleported to the front to take our order, engaged us with a smile and a cheerful voice, kept the dining area clean as we ate, asked if we wanted refills before we left, and welcomed us back again soon.

The people standing in the parking lot instead of the regular drive thru experience has slowed everything way down and they aren't very friendly anymore. You have to ask for drink carriers, straws, napkins etc.
