Went tonight, waited forever just to get home to undercooked chicken and small fry proportions. Always something with this location, highly not recommended. Staff is always friendly though!

Every. Single. Time. I order a large fry in the last 2 months it comes out like this, barely half full. It’s ridiculous. I started ordering a medium because I’m fairly certain that you get more in that container than the large. I tried to get a large today and was disappointed, yet again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Service is HORRIBLE! Went today for a mobile order the young lady didn’t say hi nor ask was it my order. In addition my fries were soggy as well as salty. I also paid for a 12 count and got 8. To top it off I found hair in my shake.

Service has gone way down in the past year. I went there tonight and watched 4 cars in the other lane order, pay and get their food while the one person in front of me was sitting there waiting to pay. Finally he gets to pay, then they go to me. They couldn’t find my order for me to pay it. They sent me to the window where I was finally able to give them my money. The person taking my order was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience. We used to eat here all the time but I will be driving across town from now on. I would even drive to Birmingham before I go back here.

Why does chick Fil A NOT provide some dang water to the employees outside in the dang heat ?!?!?! That’s really crappy coming from the CLASS A+ fast food restaurant... shame on you all for making those people sweat in mask outside ...

I have never been to any fast food restaurant that is as Efficient as this one on Skyland! There was a long line of cars but I was in and out quicker than other places without a line. They utilize their staff to the best of their abilities and not taking any short cuts on the quality of the food. GREAT JOB SKYLAND!!

We love Chick-fil-A, just not this one. Last year my husband and I and four grandchildren and one of their girlfriends ate at this location. After our food was brought to the table, we noticed we were missing one of the 12 piece nugget boxes. We did receive the drink and fries.
