Absolutely love this place. Fresh and juicy chicken with great flavor at a low price. Largest portion size in Tuscaloosa! I would eat every day if I could avoid getting obese. My go to is Double Bourbon Chicken and General Tso's and Bourbon Chicken with half rice and half noodles.

Delicious. Great food for a great price. The sesame chicken was great and the fried rice was some of the best I'd ever had. Liked how it was more of a Japanese hibachi style rice rather than the typical yellow looking with peas and carrot Chinese fried rice

The food here was good! The service was quick & friendly. My friend ordered something custom & her food was out super quickly. The menu & food quality is typical of a normal Chinese take out place. The prices are good, portions are large, & the inside was clean!

China Master is the strips answer to Panda Express except it falls flat. Today I tried the Sesame Chicken and Spicy Chicken. The Sesame Chicken was ok and a bit mushy. The spicy chicken was a brown mush with jalapenos thrown in for spiciness. I couldn't determine what was driving the flavor. If your in the mood for Chinese walk across the street for Schwen. It's worth the extra dollars for a better dining experience.

The bourbon chicken is literally the best thing I’ve eaten in Tuscaloosa. I swear on all that is holy you want to try this. The price is great for the amount of food you get, which is enormous. I highly recommend this place and will be back again very soon!

As someone who used to live in China, this does not live up to my expectations but would be an okay choice for a quick lunch. They have dishes out on the buffet and you choose what you want in your combo.
