Ordered online through doordash late in the evening, burrito was missing ingredients, received 1/4 the amount of chips for a large sized cheese dip. Did not take pics and also didn't realize I needed them to dispute the quality of my order. Will not order again and will gladly share my terrible experience with this restaurant. Do not recommend.

Don’t order anything from here rude workers don’t listen to what you’re telling them then catches an attitude when you correct and why is there paper in my burrito?????????the Alexis girl needs to be fired mind you she had changed my order from a bowl to burrito because SHE WASNT LISTENING so I’m sure she saw it terrible

Every person that was working was rude, the girl behind me got yelled at. When I was paying for my order, the cashier practically slung the bag to me and didn’t say anything. Also got an incredibly small serving size.

The “manager” here is literally the rudest, most condescending person I have ever met in my life. If you want to get treated down an upon like a peasant, then she is definitely the one to talk to! She has no knowledge about what the products should cost, she’ll just tap random buttons and hope the customer doesn’t care enough to say anything about the astonishing price. She charged me 35$ for 4 KIDS quesadillas. Toooooooo goofyyyyyyyyyyyyy. If you don’t want to deal with unsatisfied customers, maybe don’t work in the food service industry!!!!🤯🤯 I’ve worked fast food for years, and have never once treated a person that poorly. Shawty was immediately rude to me, and then was offended when I responded in the same manner. She’ll also ignore the fact that you have points and completely overcharge you for random things you didn’t order. Also always out of like…. The most important ingredients….. I never go Karen mode, but when the employees act like that and play around with my money like I’m Mark Cuban, I’m gonna say something.

Quesadilla has to be ordered online? WTH. No line behind us, restaurant not busy, zero willingness to accommodate. Had to wait on crispy shells. No Diet Coke. Lady helping was nice but strapped due to policy.

Constantly Out of Items, will short you on food, the workers have bad attitudes, especially the mobile order lady who is always extremely room, would not recommend this location at all. Ringed me up for double the amount and then gave attitude when it said it was wrong.

This is starting to get absurd, last two times I’ve come I asked for chicken on my bowl and received a single scoop as expected and then the manager with the one AirPod in looks at it and decides it’s double chicken so I’m charged for double chicken, I told her that I ordered single chicken but she just rudely dismissed me. Done coming here.

Ordered online, a bowl with double chicken, guac, tomatoes, rice, black beans, cheese, and lettuce. What I actually received was a bowl of rice, beans, and lettuce. I paid $15.84 for rice, beans, and lettuce. I’m absolutely furious. I hope that the Lord above smites this location into a pile of ashes. Moreover, I got to Chipotle at the time when the app said my order was “Ready for Pickup” and then proceeded to wait 35 minutes for my rice, beans, and lettuce. I wish I had taken a photo of my bowl but once I got home and realized how the absolute scoundrels at Chipotle had tricked me I walked outside and threw my bowl against a tree in a fit of rage. When the rapture comes and the second heaven meets the new earth, the owner of this Chipotle will not be there to see it, because he/she/it will be rotting in the deepest abyss of Perdition.

This place is extremely gross inside. Extremely slow service!! And I had ordered food tonight my receipt had said quesidaillas they gave me two bowls with dry rice. I had to re order twice tonight and both meals were incorrect! Every-time I go the rice is never fully cooked. And the lids for the bowls are literally tin foil not like a real cap a slice of tin foil. Chips were extremely salty. Absolutely Disgusting!!!!!!!!

the employees locked the doors and sat there all talking and took 10 min to come to the door, online orders only. and completely messed my order up!!!!!!!!!!! freezing cold food that is un-edible. DO BETTER.
