They make you wait at least 10 minutes just to check out after making your food and most of the workers are rude.

I went into the store because I had a free double protein so I told them while ordering may I please have double steak and regular chicken. They assured me it was just double steak and not double chicken. I get to the register I was told my total was $26 even after the coupon. Which was ridiculous if I just had double steak and queso on my bowl. I looked at my receipt and asked to speak to the manager the girl had an attitude. I was charged for queso twice and charged for chicken when there actually wasn’t even chicken in my bowl when I got home and realized it. I’ve tried to contact people at the store and resolve this issue but no response. $26 for a bowl that should’ve been no more than $13-15 max is ridiculous. I have pictures of everything as well.

Girl working is always in a rush and completely messed up order. She is totally rude and just overall a horrible experience. I won’t be returning to this chipotle as long as those workers are there. Horrible.

Staff - worst people ever. Portion- don’t even go. All around horrible experience. Asked for double chicken and manager says “do a half scoop”. Wouldn’t eat here again

This is probably the slowest line I have ever seen (I worked at a chipotle for two years) *and* they're shorting portions *and* being rude to folks in the line. I love chipotle and know it can be crazy but y'all gotta hire more people while you're training.

Edited to add they were out of water cups and insisted on charging me for a soda cup? After taking 20+ minutes to get me from the start of the line to the end? Be so for real

Charged me for double steak and the second scoop was only half, and it was cold. So not worth 20+ dollars. Also my rice was undercooked 😔

I’ll give the young lady working the line the benefit of the doubt since it was a Friday, and Fridays in T-Town can get hectic. But even with that in mind, this experience was absolutely terrible. The food on the line didn’t look fresh, and the portions were way too small. I had two people in front of me, myself, and two people behind me all of us had to ask for extra rice and meat because what she served was nowhere near enough. On top of that, she seemed visibly annoyed every time someone asked for more.

I don’t usually judge a place off one visit, so I may give this location another shot down the line. Hopefully, next time the experience is better, but as of now, this was one of the worst Chipotle visits I’ve had.

This chipotle has bad service, underportions their bowls, the chips are always chewy, and my food has been cold the last 2 times. Do not come here if you want a good chipotle experience.

Do not order online! Make them look you in the eye while they’re gonna short you. This stuff is too expensive not to be filling the bowl. What a robbery.

Ordered online through doordash late in the evening, burrito was missing ingredients, received 1/4 the amount of chips for a large sized cheese dip. Did not take pics and also didn't realize I needed them to dispute the quality of my order. Will not order again and will gladly share my terrible experience with this restaurant. Do not recommend.
