ts don’t taste good i prefer ua location. sometimes the meat be burnt, and they give me items i didn’t ask for in my bowl for example they gave me opinions ian ask for onions. Spent dam near $20 for doordash

The lady with the locs and glasses is rude and rushes people through the line. I got charged extra for I don’t even know what, my total was $31 and the cashier tried to say I got extra queso, who gets extra queso when queso is already $2 extra?? This location be trying to get over fr. My total is usually around $24.

This location has become overwhelming mediocre at BEST. For the last 10 orders there has either been something missing or poor service. They have failed to notify me that guac is unavailable twice in a row and put lettuce instead. Who subs guac for lettuce? These people do apparently. I love chipotle but this location sucks.

Chipotle Review: A Terrible Experience

My recent visit to Chipotle was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was shockingly bad. The employees were rude, inattentive, and seemed like they couldn’t care less about the customers. I stood at the counter for several minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me, only to be greeted with attitude when they finally did.

As for the food, it was just as disappointing. The ingredients didn’t taste fresh—some of the veggies were clearly past their prime, and the rice was undercooked and crunchy. The portions were uneven, and my burrito bowl was a mess of unappetizing mush. To make matters worse, the guacamole was brown and looked like it had been sitting out all

We arrived here at 10:20, 40 minutes before closing and they were packing up everything we had to eat outside in the cold due to the fact the they put all the chairs up. Even small things like drinks, the juices for example were all put up and even the napkins were put up.

The best thing that happened to use during this visit was not getting are food spit on. Unlike 1 guy that got had sweat in his burrito absolutely disgusting 67.68 pure waste.

Every single time I go in this location, there is always a problem with poor customer service. Rosita is never helpful. Her sister Leslie always takes up for her. Danny is never available as the store manager. Cassandra has to do Danny’s dirty work. I absolutely love the service every time I go in on a Thursday evening. The Manager On Duty Mark is phenomenal and knows how to get the job done. This location can use more people like Mark.

How come when you order extra of certain items like sour cream and cheese they can’t seem to do that? I mean if I ask for extra that means I want extra so when I go to open my bowl and it’s less than what they normally do I don’t quite understand how you just don’t do what the customer asks for? This is EVERY TIME I order my food to go from here. From now on I’ll open it and check it there before I leave since adults can’t seem to just do what the ticket says. Ridiculous.

When we arrived, they had a bit of a line, but we waited it out. When we got to the counter, they immediately started making our bowls. It wasn't until we asked for queso that they informed us they were out and it would be about 15 minutes. We decided to wait. They left our food in the bowls open on the counter. More than 15 minutes go by, and they are still telling the people behind us that it'll be about 10 minutes. At this point, our food was left out that entire time and we were just ready to find something else. We apologized to them and told them we were leaving, and they looked at us like we were the worst people in the world. Believe the other reviews because we didn't.

I went on a Saturday evening and the service was terrible. For one smoked brisket bowl my bill was $35.15. I was overcharged for everything. No receipt was given. How can you pay $35 for one bowl??? It is a scam. Everything costs extra and they do not have all of the prices on the menu board. Of course the employees will not tell you what costs extra. $35 for one bowl. I could have had a steak dinner at Firebirds for $25. Very disappointed in Chipotle. $35 for one bowl. Really? And terrible service along with that? No! Every employee was rude. My friends and family will not return.

Employees playing around instead of making food. Worst place to eat. Need better management. Do not recommen!!!!!! There was no food ready even though u would think it being 5 o'clock rush hour. Small portion of rice and beans. No meats available.

Horrible customer service!!! The food preparer left my food unattended for about 5 minutes and the customer service was poorly served. The food was ok,. Chipotle needs to hire serious workers that keep the serving area clean.one worker only had 1 glove on while trying to serve my food.I don't think I will be going back...

This location is new, so perhaps the employees are still being trained. They are charging for items you didn't order, etc. Also, unsanitary practices. Complaint was filed via Chipotle.com and I was provided a resolution.

Just because a person orders their food through doordash, it doesn't mean you shouldn't care about their order being correct and including necessary utensils and napkins. It's such lazy work to just throw the incomplete chicken bowl in the bag with NOTHING. Not only was my bowl missing 3 items, I had to go searching for something to eat it with and doordash only offered me 4 bucks back with was only part of the fee. Gotta do better people. It's not hard to be thoughtful and thorough.
