More than half the games don't work.

Some of the games were not working

They were clearly short staffed but the service was still great. Took a really long time to get our food… 45-50 minutes (we were the only ones there) but it was worth it.

Food was good. Service was good. Kids had a blast!

The salad and hot wings are very good

Wings are great! Very clean. The only downside is $8 to jump on the trampoline is a bit much. We had a great time.

We visited here a couple of times this past week. this one time there was an employee name Kyle who was very attentive both time we came. the second time we came a young female who is also an emp was all of a sudden yelling at Kyle about cleaning the game area. but at the time he was just cleaning our area, so we really didn't see what the problem was but she insisted that he clean. and she made it clear that she was in charge of him.. Employees like that make other worker not stable and not wanting to work. it is very hard to keep workers as is. and this type of harrassment at the work place is uncalled for. hope all goes well for him and she is reprimanded i felt sorry for the guy she was yelling at. but hope this helps. u guys may need to look at some security footage to see how she was goin in on Kyle and get rid of her. I believe her name is Derrika or Deandria. she is not needed as employee there.

We’ve been coming to Chuck E Cheese for years. When we came in August my granddaughter wanted to jump in the trampoline that’s been recently put in. They told us we needed to purchase a pair of the special socks and they were 11$. Fast forward to today we’re back. My grand daughter is in the trampoline with her socks on when an employee puts her out. Now they’re saying the socks are free but we need to purchase an armband every single time. I refuse, I’ll just take her to upsurge and be done with the rude employees and expensive prices. there was no napkins on the tables. And no ice any of the drink machines. Every time we come we have an Outrageous experience but it’s the only one in Tuscaloosa. The manager would rather stand outside flirting with young girls than managing his store. Do better!

Walked in stood at the counter and ended up walking out the manager was talking nasty about a customer very distasteful as a man he should really do better.

Do Not have your kids party at here they are nasty and incompetent. They have no sense of safety at all ,and the management is rude you would do better having your child’s party at five nights at Freddie’s.and food DONT DO!

Had a long wait for our p pizza and the soft drink machinewasn'tworking. So you had to eith drink Tea that wasn'treallygoodor drink Life Water.. Kids enjoyed the games.

A family came in to celebrate the 1st birthday of a little girl. The mother of the little girl confirmed her party online. The mother booked the $99 package. When it was time to leave, her balance was $408. The lady had proof in her email showing what she had booked. The manager on duty totally ignored her but yet called the police. The manager stated "the price online was a quote." The lady showed the police officers & they also were in disbelief. The manager also stated that "I spoke with the mother on the phone a couple of days ago and the mother wanted to upgrade". The mother replied "my phone has been off for weeks, their's no way you talked to me ". The manager on duty then told one of the family members (as she was trying to explain) "don't talk to me." All the things that she was supposed to have gotten in the upgrade package, she didn't receive. The family next to the young lady was actually the ones that had the upgrade package, but she still had to pay $408 & then was told to call corporate to get her money back. All in all the manager was very rude & unprofessional. It was Chuck E Cheese's mess up, not the mother's.
