Omg what happened to the old chuckie cheese . The time we got there it was weird chairs on the table between our birthday table. We were ask to pay $275 for nothing. Our party helper was missing in action had to keep looking for her asking what time they would bring the pizza….I dont know why cause it was cold then the girl was wearing a skullcap and sitting up at the grind table talking with some other employees ….i kept calling today to speak to someone no one answered and the voicemails full so I sent a email to corporate and if I don’t here from them soon I will contact someone higher.

Absolutely the WORST experience, we decided to throw my bonus daughter’s 8th birthday party and from start to finish it was a disaster. We paid for the MEGA package. Originally for 10 children added 2 at the door making the kid party total 12 those 2 children never received their cups, the pizza after well over an hour and 15 mins came out cold our party time was 1:30-3:30pm pizza came out just before 3:12 we were asked to pay and shouldve been allowed to actually celebrate with our birthday group I ended up spending the majority of the time either at the counter or chasing down our “party helper” that was non existent for 99.9999% of the party (part of the perk of the mega package is a helper to make the party experience run smoothly) we wouldve done better planning her party five nights at freddys, at least theyre attentive, joking, but seriously I missed cake, the entire birthday experience on top of it all it wasnt what we paid for I can tell you that much the fact we were charged for 14 children not 12. Didnt even get the things the 12 guests we actually had paid for let alone paying for any additional and was offered a pizza to make up the difference, insulting, the pizza we ordered with the party couldn't even make it out on time ONE wasnt about to fix the over charges, it was truly an awful experience, after all of that we were then rushed to finish presents when it wasn't our fault that pizza took the entire party to come out on top of the “activities” that should've been included in the mega package, the 12 guests each were suppose to have 250 bonus points added to their cards at the end after rudely being told
to move we find out 3 of the kids are not being given their points and the only way they the others got them was me and another mother in our party standing there and watching like it shouldn't be this hard to get what you pay for when a party here ais over $400….. do yourself a favor save the headache don't do a party here, it may be fun for an hour if the games work, be prepared to pay extra for the “jump” area and extra for the socks its also for smaller children. (upsurge is a better deal) the prizes don't equal what you spend on the cards its cheap. Also $50 was a deposit, paid Friday then it was included I'm my total again. watch your receipts CAREFULLY!!!!!

Awesome place for children

Excellent service, an excellent entertainment. My son and I had a great time and we always do when we come! Looking forward to coming back tomorrow night!

Went to this Chuck E. Cheese one time, the experience was pretty good, i only played the games that I could play, the food and drinks were pretty good. It was a pretty good experience for the most part. I hope this is as good as the old one was.

Great Experience

Was the worst. Over 1/2 the games did not work. The pizza was gross. Was 1/2 cooked. And had a funny taste. My grandson loves going but we will not go back to the one in Tuscaloosa.

They were clearly short staffed but the service was still great. Took a really long time to get our food… 45-50 minutes (we were the only ones there) but it was worth it.

Food was good. Service was good. Kids had a blast!

Wings are great! Very clean. The only downside is $8 to jump on the trampoline is a bit much. We had a great time.

We visited here a couple of times this past week. this one time there was an employee name Kyle who was very attentive both time we came. the second time we came a young female who is also an emp was all of a sudden yelling at Kyle about cleaning the game area. but at the time he was just cleaning our area, so we really didn't see what the problem was but she insisted that he clean. and she made it clear that she was in charge of him.. Employees like that make other worker not stable and not wanting to work. it is very hard to keep workers as is. and this type of harrassment at the work place is uncalled for. hope all goes well for him and she is reprimanded i felt sorry for the guy she was yelling at. but hope this helps. u guys may need to look at some security footage to see how she was goin in on Kyle and get rid of her. I believe her name is Derrika or Deandria. she is not needed as employee there.

We’ve been coming to Chuck E Cheese for years. When we came in August my granddaughter wanted to jump in the trampoline that’s been recently put in. They told us we needed to purchase a pair of the special socks and they were 11$. Fast forward to today we’re back. My grand daughter is in the trampoline with her socks on when an employee puts her out. Now they’re saying the socks are free but we need to purchase an armband every single time. I refuse, I’ll just take her to upsurge and be done with the rude employees and expensive prices. there was no napkins on the tables. And no ice any of the drink machines. Every time we come we have an Outrageous experience but it’s the only one in Tuscaloosa. The manager would rather stand outside flirting with young girls than managing his store. Do better!
