I took my grandkids here for a fun day and they took money out my account 3 times and now I'm getting the run around to get my money back. Close to $600 was took out my account so don't use a card if you decide to go here.

Best pizza I've had from this chain but the employees were terrible. Bad attitudes, didn't take pics like EVERY OTHER ONE HAS, just snarky and rude at every opportunity and no Chuck E nor animatronics only video games.

We hadn't been in over 2 years and I saw ads about the company having more games, food, and just a better experience, but apparently NOT this location. High food prices and the same, old games, which a good few of them were broken. This location definitely needs an upgrade. My kid enjoyed his time nevertheless, but with these prices for play points/time, there should be better games with all of them working.

To the staff that was on duty 11/18/23,Thank you for being patient with our party yesterday. Everything was put in place when we arrived. I don’t know how they were able to manage it because there were a total of 5 or 6 parties yesterday. The food was good. I gave 4 stars because it was pricey. The kids and guests enjoyed it!! My child continued talking about it all the way home.I haven’t been since I was a child. Things looked different of course, but that’s to be expected. I like how you can use a card to keep track of tickets. The party clean up was quick and fast as well.

One of my favorite Chuck E. Cheese locations in the nation! It has a great salad bar, fun games, and staff is super friendly! It’s right down the street from the University of Alabama so this is a destination for all the fraternities and sororities to come for great catering to tailgate before the football games! Roll Tide!

We didn't eat there at the time. Very expensive to play ($150 for a family of 5). But the games were so fun! My husband and I had as much fun as our 3 kiddos. Staff was bored and wanted to be anywhere but there, but we really didn't need their help, so all was good.Kid-friendliness: So many games appropriate for all ages! My 6, 8, and 10 year old had tons of fun! And we seen Littles (2+) playing games, too.

Most of the games are busted - it’s seriously time for them to be refurbished or renovated, personal pizza is served on a paper plate and the serving is super tiny - like for a one or two year old tiny - not worth the $9/$10. The drinks are equivalent to a small but are $2.99 ?.. the price you pay for that alone.. you could go literally anywhere else for cheaper. We spent majority of the time on one or two things because what little was working was crowded with other children playing.It’s time desperately time for a renovation and refurbishment.
