Church's Texas Chicken

Too much focus on take out, and you can't get a breast anymore. Just chicken tenders.

Food was good! Not sure why every Church's hates to cook spicy chicken, but it's crazy to me. Would have given 5 🌟 if they had spicy.

I don't understand how this is not 5stars across the board. I walk in today, the cook says "Hello, what can I get for you?". I told him what I wanted, and in just minutes I was walking out with my order. They were super busy and yet I was treated like I was the only person in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and very busy and still were amazing. Why we don't have one of these in Northport I don't understand. Please, please, let's get a church's in Northport. Best fried chicken anywhere.

Been to this one as well. It’s pretty good and I did enjoy it. Hopefully when I come back I’ll have the same experience.

In March, I made an order for around $60 for all of my roommates and me to eat dinner on the app. However, when I arrived, they were out of everything due to the “delivery truck coming late and everything being frozen” which was unfortunate but okay. In response, I asked for a refund and they said no you have to go through app. Okay, unfortunate but fine. Too ky absolute disbelief, it’s now September, I was never refunded after 12 calls to their support number of the company (which does not exist anymore). They reported multiple time that they were waiting for this store to respond and pay it, NEVER happened. Everything else was unfortunate but understandable, whats not understandable is after not providing a service you were paid to give, then forcing to go through another party which ultimately goes back to them, then when you go through that, they never respond. If this issue every gets resolved, im happy to move on and delete the review, but I can not recommend them at all with this situation.

They close at 9pm, I ordered my food at 8:03 and they already had the fryer off so they claim they couldn't cook me any fries or okra. They told me it would be 13 minutes to get my food, needless to say at 8:45 I'M STILL SITTING IN THE PARKING LOT WAITING ON MY ORDER! There have been several cars come and leave the parking lot, but I'm still here waiting! They said it would be an additional 10 Minutes but it actually took 45 minutes for a #1 which is a 2 piece combo with a jalapeño and mashed potatoes with gravy! Verrrry disappointing! VERY NONCHALANT!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Customer service is terrible! The workers focus on socializing more than the customers and the food taste just like the service.

Good chicken is like peter griffin beating up chicken man

Wheelchair accessibility: My phiscally demanding autistic son rolled up in his new wheelchair whip with lighting McQueen stickers on that I got him for his 6.69th birthday when someone's big back 3 year old came up and ripped his stickers off causing my son to break the laws of griddle and stand up and turn into super temmeh Hitting the griddle on the big backs face then his powers ran out and he fell face flat on the floor. Ps: I'm suing
