Church's Texas Chicken

The food was hot and fresh. Would have received 5 stars if we had received spicy chicken like I ordered instead of regular chicken. They're very friendly. Food is always fresh. Just wish they cooked spicy chicken. They typically don't have it. Even when they say they do have it- they don't. They'll just give you regular chicken, but you won't know it until you get home. If they fix the spicy chicken issue, they'll receive 5 stars in the future!!

There chicken has concrete crust on it.....the jalapeños are not hot and have no pepper taste....they don't have unsweetened tea

The one in Alberta is great. The one on Greensboro Avenue, isn't good at all. You'll always get hot fresh chicken in Alberta on University Blvd.

Been here one time and I say it was pretty good. They served me well and I enjoyed what I ordered. I hope to be back there again soon.

This Churches was amazing. The workers were super nice to me, they made me feel welcomed and made sure my order was accurate as well as prompt. The chicken, oh my gosh. The chicken was amazing! So crispy and flavorful.

I always order the #2 with whole wings. Got home had only 2 wings (it’s a 3 piece combo) and no biscuit. The 2 wings I did get were cold. 9 1/2 times outta 10 the employees are ghetto and rude. Who owns this location?!?

Man look it’s 7:56 pm and I’m walking up to the door. The inside area closes at 9 p.m. Team member looks at me and proceeds to walk to the front and locks the door. An entire hour early ahead of what’s listed. Closing time should say “TBD” on the door instead. This is about my 3rd occurrence in which the lobby closed at a much earlier time compared to what is listed. Somebody tell me something. Today is the the 11th of September. Yes this is for the university blvd location. Yes ain lying. Store owner need to get some order at this location man please. Or if yall could take some time to explain to me why this happens. I’m very reasonable and I’d love to know what causes this

Honestly ,I dn’t even know why I bother . They always have an attitude, never have any spicy chicken or chicken that are the specials . I understand you not having any spicy chicken later in the day but an hour after you open, come on now . Let talk y’all about time why does your online google hours say you close at 10pm, but every night 9:00pm, closed. Can’t understand how y’all in business . How a hour and a half before you close all you have is breast and tender….tf. I’m just going to stop trying to eat here and hopefully something different will happen , maybe corporate will see this or something.

My uncle bought two 2 pieces from Albert City location got home only had 3 pieces of chicken total and he also paid for a jalapeno pepper and did not receive it when I called the phone was disconnected???

Great food , but I think those folks don't like white customers, and I was extra nice. Sorry to say so, but I have never felt welcome there. I've been a church's regular customer for 50 years, and this is the only one that makes me feel unwelcome.
