It was a limited menu for Turkey Day. I was really hoping for some deep fried turkey.

Food was good, but service was very slow and staff didn't seem to be motivated to serve customers.
Food was good but no biscuits to go with the gravy

They're understaffed and don't even use the whole restaurant. The hashbrown casserole is always too salty at this location and that's truly what I go for. I ordered the turkey n dressing for lunch today and it was ice cold. I give up on this cracker barrel.

Rhonda Hammond and Tracey Graves were very rude and racist towards me and my family. Then she talk/treat her employees like a dog, I will never be back cause if I go back it want be nothing nice and plus I’m trying to avoid jail.
Food was great menu had a lot less items on it I couldn’t find my favorites so I went with one of the specials it was good just wasn’t what I wanted to eat

Food was good, regular Cracker Barrel. Believe it oe not, the sweet tea was exceptional. Our waiter was excellent.
Had to wait 1/2 an hour apparently due to staffing because there were lots of empty tables. Once we were seated, service was good and food came out quickly.
My guess is that the management has dialed in how many customers they can accommodate with their staff which is, for me, preferable to trying to serve more people than they can handle at a time.
Good experience over all.

Called to see if by special request they could make the grilled chicken tender club sandwich like they used to. Was told by the to go person Whitney that they couldn’t do it because it’s not on the menu. I would have been okay with getting charged however much. Would have also been willing to assemble it myself because I was in the mood for a sandwich. I’ve requested at other locations and never had an issue. Ended up going elsewhere for a sandwich. What a bummer.
Update: Decided to go back for dinner and just have the regular tenders. Food was okay… got as good as I’m used to. But the most disappointing part was the Coca Cola cake. The way they scooped this dry cake in this to go box is shameful. It definitely doesn’t appear fresh. Picture included. What in the world is going on over there?

We celebrated our 44th wedding anniversary last night here. Our waitress was in training and still needs more but was very nice. Food was good. Coca Cola cake is still my favorite!

I came in on my off day and I just want to say that Tamia is a great server. Yes I work beside her on most days and she's awesome but being a customer and seeing her work is amazing!
