Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We love eating at Cracker Barrel. The food is always delicious and at a great value. I also like shopping, especially the mark down clothing ☺️🩷. I got me a nice shirt yesterday for $13.20.

The food was fine, but u fortunately had to eat it cold because our server refused to bring us silverware. We had to wait an inordinate amount of time for drink refills, she forgot to bring the biscuits and gravy for my father’s order, told my fiancé the whole restaurant was out of butter. I cannot recommend eating here while Alexsia is working.

Chelsea A. IS an Outstanding 4 Star Server While Ensuring My Hot Iced Tea Has a Separate Glass of Ice since it's Freshly Brewed! Also, Chelsea was Extremely Compassionate About My Dietary Restrictions Concerning Margarine, so Recommended Menu Items to Substitute, which BecamecQuite Creative on Her Part since the Hash Browns & Biscuits Contain Margarine! Especially, Being Hospitalized for 9 Days from Margarine at Another Food Establishment in September of 2020!

After 2 Visits in 2 Weeks, Noticed the Restaurant has Turned Around the Previous Negative Connotations About the Previous General Manager! Now, Under the Expert Tutelage of General Manager: Jackson, the Quality of the Food has Improved as Well as the Service. Additionally, the Silverware DID NOT HAVE Finger/ Thumbprints, which IS QUITE COMMON IN TUSCALOOSA! Upon Asking GM Jackson, He Shared that Staff MUST WEAR Gloves While Preparing for Customers Use! Overall a 20 Out of 10!

Very unfortunate experience. We were waiting at the table for 45 minutes for two eggs and a bacon, but no food came and the waiter had no idea when our breakfast will be served. There was a huge takeout, so whoever was at the restaurant were all just waiting… usually not posting and like Cracker Barrel.

Let me start by saying I traveled from California to North Carolina. I stayed in CB’s all over the US and was welcome to their place! When I got to the Tuscaloosa CB Restaurant and parked, I found the parking lot was empty of RVs and not many cars. There was a big sign, which I missed seeing on the pull-in, that said “No Overnight Parking.” I asked the manager what the problem was. He said there was a problem with tail-gaters and that we were welcome. I hope he finds a way to welcome Rvers and get rid of whatever riff-raff he has. I would suggest a police presence. And remove the sign. Some like us try to follow the rules.

We went to dinner last night. The place was almost empty. We sat for over an hour with spilled milk on the floor next to us, even after we asked for help with it, some of our party didn't get their food or drinks until we'd asked for the bill to leave. We were told a burger was dropped on the ground and another was put down and would be out soon. 45 minutes later we still didn't have a burger. Orders were wrong. It was a disaster for no apparent reason.

Asked for extra crispy bacon. We got extremely undercooked bacon. Manager brought us more but we were pretty much through eating by then. Otherwise food was ok. Not as good as other Cracker Barrel’s we go to though.
