Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Went to dinner at 7:30pm. The hostess wanted to sit us by the table next to the hostess stand. I asked if you could sit someplace else. She wasn’t happy. The waitress came and took our drink order. I got a coke and my daughter got a hot chocolate which was ice cold. We placed our dinner order and unfortunately the pot roast wasn’t available. My daughter ordered steak and eggs and I ordered steak with sides. My daughter ordered her steak medium and I requested medium well. I asked for biscuits in the meantime which never came. Finally our food came and Both steaks were medium rare. Brianna the waitress came to check in and I told her the steaks were under cooked. I was no longer hungry. My daughter end the ends of her steak and we finally got biscuits. I had a biscuit that was all. I love Cracker Barrel but this was my worst experience. I’ve never eaten at this location before and most likely won’t return.

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to our amazing waitress, Mallory. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we sat down. What truly stood out was how thoughtful she was—she even offered us extra menus in our native language (Spanish) which made the experience feel especially personal and comfortable. Her excellent service and kind attitude made our visit extra memorable. Thank you, Mallory!

Disappointed by thr pre-made frozen country fried steak patty. Can buy the same thing at a grocery store.

I love cracker barrel but the one in Tuscaloosa Alabama was not a good experience. after finally being seated and ordering we waited over an hour for our food. when asked I was told at least another 10-15 minutes. everyone else around had gotten their food and had already left. my son has a medical condition and needed food. I wish they would have told us it was going to be a long wait for our food. I do not recommend that restaurant specifically.

We love eating at Cracker Barrel. The food is always delicious and at a great value. I also like shopping, especially the mark down clothing ☺️🩷. I got me a nice shirt yesterday for $13.20.

The food was fine, but u fortunately had to eat it cold because our server refused to bring us silverware. We had to wait an inordinate amount of time for drink refills, she forgot to bring the biscuits and gravy for my father’s order, told my fiancé the whole restaurant was out of butter. I cannot recommend eating here while Alexsia is working.

Chelsea A. IS an Outstanding 4 Star Server While Ensuring My Hot Iced Tea Has a Separate Glass of Ice since it's Freshly Brewed! Also, Chelsea was Extremely Compassionate About My Dietary Restrictions Concerning Margarine, so Recommended Menu Items to Substitute, which BecamecQuite Creative on Her Part since the Hash Browns & Biscuits Contain Margarine! Especially, Being Hospitalized for 9 Days from Margarine at Another Food Establishment in September of 2020!

After 2 Visits in 2 Weeks, Noticed the Restaurant has Turned Around the Previous Negative Connotations About the Previous General Manager! Now, Under the Expert Tutelage of General Manager: Jackson, the Quality of the Food has Improved as Well as the Service. Additionally, the Silverware DID NOT HAVE Finger/ Thumbprints, which IS QUITE COMMON IN TUSCALOOSA! Upon Asking GM Jackson, He Shared that Staff MUST WEAR Gloves While Preparing for Customers Use! Overall a 20 Out of 10!
